Working with Stephanie Reed has been more than wonderful. I’ve recommended her to many family and friends. It is NOT true that every Disney Travel Specialist is the same. I worked with one previous to Stephanie at another agency and it was an “OK” experience. I found Stephanie who was referred to me by a friend and I was blown away. She is as excited about our trip as we are. She communicates very well, answers our questions promptly and is all around great to work with. I highly recommend Stephanie!

We did a Delta Vacations trip to Barcelona and it was amazing! Lori packaged up a great trip with a few extra requests from us. This trip was an amazing value for all that we got to see and do-flights, breakfast, City tour of Barcelona, Mediterranean seaside village visit, mountain monastery tour and more! Lori was also available when we ran into one issue during the trip and was able to help out! We enjoyed it so much, we are very interested in doing the DV London tour recently posted! ??

Our trip is planned for May 2020- we have been in contact with Clancy Norman since November. I have bombarded her with a million questions and she has answered them all quickly and thoroughly. We have 6 different people going with 3 generations and juggling all of that has been tough at times but she has been amazing every step of the way. We would definitely use her over and over again and have already recommended her to several people.

Great service is hard to come by these days.... but PHENOMENAL is just unheard of! I use that word to describe Kristyn Wimer's planning of our Disney trip. She Is PHENOMENAL! Our trip was amazing - she hand held this newbie through an amazing Disney trip for our family! Even my hubby (not a Disney fan - eek!) had an amazing time and he is very hard to please. Her attention to detail and consistent updates is amazing. She was a great listener and met our family's needs perfectly. We have planned three trips through her and can't imagine using anyone else.

I booked my first trip to Disney World with Allison Francisco and she was beyond amazing! She helped us every step of the way and was very supportive and SUPER knowledgeable in all thing Disney. She helped me with every question I had no matter the time of day! She even woke up on our flight day at 4 or 5 am I can’t remember exactly to text us to travel safe and to let her know if we need anything to call her! I can’t recommend her enough honestly. We just booked our second trip with her and I couldn’t be more excited!!

We were working with a tight budget and short time frame. It was impromptu due to my husband's work schedule. We gave her less than 60 days notice and had to work flights in with the already tight budget. Stephanie gave us options and made it happen. Shawn Lapeyrouse has provided our family experiences of a lifetime twice so far! She is full of knowledge from resorts, parks, timing of fast passes, dining, transportation, etc...
