Stephani was an amazing travel agent. She coordinated a group cruise to Alaska with a stay in Seattle before and after the cruise. She was very knowledgeable and helpful before, during, and after the cruise. If any issues came up, she handled then quickly. I would definitely book with her again and have. All in all, it was a great experience and didn't consume lots of time We knew we wanted to go to Mexico and on the Atlantic side and having a 2.5-year-old and 8-month-old in tow, I needed some must-haves within our budget. There are so many resorts and reviews, it is just so hard to navigate, so I left it up to Stephani and even consulted some other agents, who would not stay within our budget and seemed to whip automatic responses. With kids, I needed a suite style room and family friendly with childcare and didn't want to both other guests. I also wanted a nice hotel and decent food and a nice fitness center. We landed on Paradisus La Esmeralda and it was perfect and the most kid- friendly environment ever (you don't want to go to family side without fairly young kids -- they are everywhere) which was perfect for us. You read so many reviews and they all had some complaints, dirty, too much walking, bad Wi-Fi etc. Stephani steered us in the perfect direction.

We have worked with Stephani for all of our vacations since 2010 and we refer our friends and family to Pam as we have had such great experiences with her. Our last trip was to Play Del Carmen Mexico and we stayed at the Paradisus La Esmeralda on Pam's recommendation, and we absolutely loved the resort! Stephani is very upfront and honest with us about the resorts that we want to stay at as well as dates and months that we want to stay. Stephani is great with emailing or calling about our reservations and when we should book and she is great with keeping us informed on any changes.We will continue to work with Stephani and continually refer her to our family and friends.
