Day 1: The Strip's Extravaganza As we landed in Las Vegas, the vibrant lights of the famous Strip welcomed us. Our hotel, nestled among the iconic resorts, set the stage for an unforgettable stay. After checking in, we hit the Strip to soak in the electric atmosphere. Strolling past the themed resorts, we marveled at the dancing fountains of the Bellagio, the replica of the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, and the bustling energy of the LINQ Promenade.The evening brought us to a world-class show—whether it was a mesmerizing Cirque du Soleil performance or a headlining artist's concert, Las Vegas never disappoints when it comes to entertainment.
Day 2: Poolside Bliss and High-Roller Adventures To beat the desert heat, we spent our morning lounging by the pool at our resort, sipping on refreshing cocktails and enjoying the lively poolside atmosphere. As the afternoon sun began to wane, we decided to take our chances at one of the famous casinos.The High Roller, the world's tallest observation wheel, offered a breathtaking panorama of the glittering city below. As we ascended in our spacious cabin, the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the Strip in a cascade of colors.For dinner, we indulged in a culinary adventure at one of the renowned restaurants along the Strip, savoring world-class cuisine from celebrity chefs. The night continued with visits to vibrant nightclubs, where we danced the night away to the beats of top DJs.
Day 3: Adventure Beyond the Strip Eager to explore beyond the neon lights, we ventured into the nearby Red Rock Canyon for a morning hike. The stunning desert landscapes provided a stark contrast to the glitz of the Strip, offering a peaceful and picturesque escape.Returning to the city, we explored the artsy Fremont Street, with its historic casinos, eclectic street performers, and the dazzling light show overhead. The vibrant atmosphere made it the perfect spot to wrap up our weekend adventure.Conclusion: Our weekend in Las Vegas was a rollercoaster of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable moments with friends. Stephani was an amazing travel agent. She coordinated a group cruise to Alaska with a stay in Seattle before and after the cruise. All in all, it was a great experience and didn't consume lots of time We knew we wanted to go to Mexico and on the Atlantic side and having a 2.5-year-old and 8-month-old in tow, I needed some must-haves within our budget. There are so many resorts and reviews, it is just so hard to navigate, so I left it up to Stephani and even consulted some other agents, who would not stay within our budget and seemed to whip automatic responses. With kids, I needed a suite style room and family friendly with childcare and didn't want to both other guests. I also wanted a nice hotel and decent food and a nice fitness center. We landed on Paradisus La Esmeralda and it was perfect and the most kid- friendly environment ever (you don't want to go to family side without fairly young kids -- they are everywhere) which was perfect for us. You read so many reviews and they all had some complaints, dirty, too much walking, bad Wi-Fi etc. Stephani steered us in the perfect direction.
