My brother gave me the location and asked Melissa for her advice about the location, she had experience with the resort but advised me to go with the grand package and got it for the price of the one we were planning on going with. Im glad she gave us this option as we did not know it was an option, made our vacation more pleasurable and was a huge upgrade from the original plan. This trip was also my first trip out of the U.S. and Melissa gave us all the do's and don't's, she was there for every question or concern I had and made the trip an awesome experience. Melissa is an absolute professional. I have worked with travel agents for more than 25 years and there is no comparison to her skill set. From my first phone contact, Melissa was attentive, informative and a true consultant. She immediately went to work helping me to select the vacation I wanted in an extremely quick manner. All my options were in budget and I had enough choices to help me make an informed decision.
Important side notes:
My rates were less than any travel site.
She made sure all passports were in order.
The transfers from hotel to airport were seamless.
Her follow up to make sure my expectations were met was spot on.

I was at the end of my rope doing the self booking cruise thing. At the 5th cancellation of a bucket list cruise to Greece I called Just Crusin' and was connected to Melissa Bullock. I simply asked, "Who is cruising in Greece in July". She promptly sent me 3 options. I wanted to build it around our original flights and she was able to do that through Celebrity. I liked how she kept me informed and made sure we had done all the Covid travel requirements. I have since used her for other bookings.

Trip of a Lifetime!

Our experience was A+++....Melissa is super detail oriented from the beginning to the end, with follow-up calls and emails to ensure every detail of the trip is taken care of. We spent 1st week in London and Liverpool in which Melissa got us a great hotels, Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tours, Beatles Extravaganza Tour, a fabulous excursion to Paris and champagne luncheon in the Eiffel Tower, plus transports that got us everywhere we needed to go! Our 2nd week was a European cruise which began in England with ports in France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany. LOVED the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus/cruise in Amsterdam...SO great! Thank you, Melissa! It truly was a trip of a lifetime! Really hoping we can do it again soon!

Don't Cruise Without Melissa!

As a first time cruiser, Melissa was invaluable. She provided answers to many questions in a prompt way.She provided a first time cruisers checklist which was a great help. The small fee charged for Melissa registering you for the cruise and getting all the paperwork correct is well worth it. I will not cruise without Melissa - period. We didn't have any trouble as she had everything in order. If some problem had occurred, we knew she was always there to straighten things out. Also, we had a wonderful cruise experience.
