With so much information available at our fingertips, it can be difficult sorting through it all when booking a vacation. My goal is to make all of the planning clear and stress-free. For over 16 years, I have helped clients create the best customized vacations by finding only what’s perfect for them in any destination!
I pride myself on providing personalized customer service that puts travelers at ease before departure. Booking on your own can be complicated, but I make it simple so you can relax and get excited for your trip! I take care of all of the logistics so you can maximize your time, see and do everything you want, and have the most memorable experience imaginable.
I had traveled a bit as a teen, but I got more into travel once I had my own kids. I initially became a travel consultant because it gave me the flexibility to work and raise my children. I soon caught the travel bug and became a full-time travel consultant while also exploring the world with my wonderful family!

Many of my clients want customized itineraries through iconic places such as the Australian Outback or luxury travel through the breathtaking Islands of the South Pacific. I am also very familiar with Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaiian Islands and can arrange packages for these destinations as well. I will work with you to find out your style of travel so that everything comes together perfectly.
I also work with honeymooners and for destination weddings. I want your trip to go smoothly, and I make it happen by taking care of all of the details beforehand so you can simply relax and enjoy your time!

Professionalism & Grace through COVID-19

We utilized Tracy as our travel agent to help us navigate through the stress of a destination wedding. We had previously worked with her for my brother's destination wedding and it was such a blast that I envisioned my own wedding on the beach. We had our wedding planned for May 2020, all of the guest changes and accommodations were handled through Tracy which took so much stress off my shoulders. Our wedding unfortunately was cancelled due to COVID-19. Tracy was exceptionally professional and empathetic towards the situation and walked us through the whole process! She took on the challenge of getting all of our guests full refunds and dealing with all of the stress that came with it. We just had to wait patiently for the refunds to process while she handled all the phone calls and disputes. I highly recommend Tracy for your next vacation! She was amazing through this entire chaotic process and we look forward to working with her for our next vacation! Thank you so much Tracy!

Tracy did a fabulous job on our Tahiti trip. It requires lots of transfers from boats to ferry’s to airplanes to hotel rooms. It went like clock work. No issues on anything! Amazing!!!

Tracy helped us plan a trip for our family of 4 to Moorea French Polynesia. There are online services available but we decided to use a travel agent because it was such a big trip. Tracy provided so much more than the online services could do. We gave her our budget and we worked together to build an itinerary and stay in budget. She also provided great tips for traveling internationally and other ways to save money. She also gave us her personal cell phone number in case of emergencies. While we were in Moores, one of the activities was delayed due to weather and Tracy contacted us directly and helped us reschedule the event. Tracy's expertise and personable nature helped reduce the stress of traveling and it was the best trip of our lives! We look forward to many more and will definitely be calling Tracy again!

We can't thank Tracy enough for helping us plan our trip. We looked into cruises & bus tours but we are so glad we let Tracy help us plan a fantastic trip to help us celebrate our birthdays and 50th wedding anniversary. Versus a bus tour or cruise it allowed us to spend extra days in Sydney and Queenstown our favorites in Australia & New Zealand. There are so many fun things to do in both places that wouldn't happen on a bus tour or cruise.
Since we had never done a planned individual tour like this before we were a little worried how it would work. Everything went great with no problems!
Pickups at the many airports and hotels for tours were always on time or early to leave.
The hotels that Tracy picked for us were all centrally located and worked out well. Tracy gave wonderful guidance on the tours we did.
Her experience in both countries was so helpful and spot on.

I highly recommend Tracy! She planned the perfect trip for us because she listened to our interests and used our input. Tracy was available all the time and even while we were in Australia. She took the time to get to know us and worked super hard to find us the perfect hotels and tours. Before our trip her travel agency hosted an evening all about Australia that showed us many of the things we had in mind and got us so excited. Tracy has been to Australia several times and really knows what there is to offer. And she is really nice!

I can't recommend Tracy enough. She planned such an awesome trip for us, and everything went off completely seamlessly. We road tripped around New Zealand for two weeks, so we were constantly changing towns and hotels, so there were a lot of logistics involved. Tracy handled it all, which was a huge load off for us, and we didn't have a single hiccup during the trip.

Tracy was very detail oriented and always listened to us to find out exactly what we wanted to see and do. She mapped out the perfect trip for us, and everything went like clockwork. Whenever we went on any type of excursion, bus, etc. our reservation was there and they were expecting us. And this is saying a lot because we were there for a month and did various excursions nearly everyday. Tracy was always available for calls and e-mails and even worked out an extra excursion for us while we were actually in New Zealand. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

It was our first time using a travel agent, but from the first phone call, I knew that Tracy would be easy to work with. She spent a lot of time listening to our interests and we provided her with a very rough itinerary that was several days longer than we wanted to spend. From that, she proposed a revised itinerary within our time limitations and worked back and forth with us to finalize it. And when we made a couple of changes to the "final" itinerary, she made the adjustments without question.When an earthquake closed access to Kaikoura shortly before our trip, Tracy notified immediately and an alternative was quickly arranged. She kept in touch with us during our trip and quickly arranged for refunds when changes occurred along the way. Anytime we had questions, she responded quickly.
In short, the itinerary worked very well. The hotels and activities she planned for us were all outstanding. We really appreciated having Tracy's help both before and during the trip.

Tracy has been our travel agent for trips to Eupope, Scandinavia, Alaska, Costa Rica, and Antarctica. She has guided us in our planning taking into account our personal needs as well as desires. On two of those trips our air travel was disrupted and she proactively took care of us. On one international trip she found out about our cancellation before we did and rebooked us before we were aware of the problem. I can always count on Tracy to find the answers to any of our questions and provide guidance when necessary. OMG where do I start! Tracy has been a incredible travel agent for me and my family for over 5 years now. She does all our vacations from the smallest weekends away to our big 10-14 day excursions. We've worked with Tracy in the past and have a ton of trust in her experience and guidance. So it when we were working on an anniversary trip it was an easy decision to work on this trip with her. The depth and breadth of information and options provided was top notch. Ideas for activities and locations were provided but all the choices and final picks were completely ours.
