Courtney Makes Universal Orlando a Breeze!
Working with Courtney for our Universal Orlando trip was incredible! She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. When we ran into an issue with disability passes at the parks, I texted Courtney and she jumped right in. She contacted Universal and sorted everything out for us, so we could enjoy our trip without any worries. We got the pass the next day no issues! Courtney's attention to detail is amazing. She picked out the perfect hotel and room for us and gave us great tips on navigating the parks. She even helped us figure out what size park bag to bring and how to use the lockers efficiently. We could tell Courtney knows Universal Orlando inside and out. She listened and gave me what was important (pools!). We felt totally confident following her advice. We're already looking forward to our next trip, and we'll definitely be asking Courtney for help again. She made everything so easy and stress-free. We're really glad we chose her!
