Lori was great. She heard what we wanted and worked with us to fine tune everything until we were happy. She could have been more up front about the cost of her service, but, in the end, she booked everything we wanted under our budget, even including her fee. I used Lori to plan my anniversary getaway in Cancun Mexico. I had never been to an all-inclusive resort and it was amazing. I told her my budget and she came in a bit under which made me feel great. I went during the tail end of Covid and I actually forgot Covid was a thing on my trip. The resort was amazing and the food was even better. I will book through Lori again.

From first contact to completion of travel, Lori was vested in understanding what our needs were and whether we had a good trip.
