Birthday trip to Barbados

My family has been dealing with Brenda for a while now. All our interactions with her have been very professional. She is very informative and knowledgeable about vacation and travel destinations Her suggestions for activities were on point. For example, we enjoyed the Island Tour and the Oistins Fish Fry which had plenty of food choices, live entertainment, and a DJ. Also, her hotel representative Shodia arranged a special meal for us. In addition, Zu was surprised with a birthday card, cake, and champagne in the room. Brenda was a pleasure to work with.

I had an amazing experience on my trip, in large part due to the work Brenda did to help plan it out! She made sure every aspect of my trip would go seamlessly. Additionally, while I was on vacation, she booked an excursion for myself and my friends and we had a great time. Brenda is an expert and provides a personal touch that can't be matched. Brenda helped plan a 40th birthday trip for me and about a dozen friends and family members. She was great in providing many options and helped communicate with all parties throughout the process once a destination was selected. She helped us find excursions and even offered to help make dinner reservations for us if allowed at the venue. She sometimes would be working weekends and late evenings when I would see her emails come through. I had a last minute personal emergency and needed one of the guests changed, and she jumped in to help make everything happen from changing the flight details, room info details with the hotel, and getting the new person up to speed on all the travel arrangements. Everyone had an AMAZING time and I've already referred her to help one of my closest friends planning her own birthday trip at the end of this year!

Amazing week long vacation

From start to finish Ms Brenda truly made this trip a smooth process. As soon as we picked Cancun as our destination, we were quickly met with many packaged options including hotels and flights that would best suit our needs. While on vacation she was able to help set up excursions for us which was very nice. If you are looking to plan a vacation and want all the hassle to be taken care of, I highly recommend booking with Ms brenda! I will definitely use her again when booking another trip!
