Hi there! I'm Colleen, a Personal Travel Planner with Kingdom Magic Vacations. I am fortunate enough to be able to do what I love on a daily basis and have been for more than a decade; I have the privilege of helping families make memories that will last a lifetime. The memories I have made with family and friends are more precious to me than gold -- and I bare this in mind with every person I serve.
I am truly an expert on Disneyland. I have been to Disneyland (& Disney World) more times that I can remember - starting when I was a child then showing my own children the magic that is held within the gates.
I understand that things constantly change which is why I have not only graduated from Disney's College of Knowledge, but I make sure to complete their annual updates and pass the assessments that accompany them. Also, book knowledge is great but there is nothing better to understand the area by making several trips each year.

She played phone tag with me for a while (my fault), but she was quickly able to take a very daunting proposition like a Disney vacation easier to understand. Actually looking forward to going now! Her link into the Disney website was slow (Disney server) but even then we were done and dusted in no time.

We have had Colleen as our TA now for 5 years. She completely takes the stress away of all the planning. Anytime we want to add something or have questions she is always there for us. This is the 2nd time we've used Kingdom Magic to plan a Disney vacation, and Colleen definitely lived up to the quality we expect from them! She was friendly, helpful, personable without being too too (if you know what I mean). She made every effort to upsell without being pushy or irritating about it - VERY professional. I consider myself quite lucky to have worked with her and look forward to her help through the rest of our reservation process. PLEASE NOTE: We are traveling in JAN 2017, but your form doesn't allow that info on the Travel Date section, so I put in Dec 2016.

We started planning our first trip with a different agent, whom we rarely had contact from after making our deposit. So we switched to Colleen and have been 100% satisfied! She follows through on her word (for example, changing bookings to take advantage of discounts). She is easy to get ahold of and is quick to respond to text messages and emails.
