A 37-year veteran of the travel and hospitality industry including four years as a Cast Member of Walt Disney World and 12 years booking corporate travel for and being a the head of an implementation and training team specializing in hotel and restaurant software, I retired in 2014 and began a four year RV trek working in National Parks including two years at Yellowstone National Park.My partner and fellow agent and I opened our travel agency, Greybull Travel. We are located near the East Gate of Yellowstone.

I am a Holland America Platinum Agent, A Diamond Level Agent with Carnival, Commodore Class Agent with Princess Cruise Lines, and have is BA with Royal Caribbean as well as certifications with Hurtigruten Cruise lines. I also have destinations certifications for most of the Caribbean, and has certified with Viking Cruises, AmaWaterways, and American Cruise Lines. After having resided in Australia, Germany, Switzerland and the United States, I currently lives with my spouse, Rick Neuhardt. In my spare time, I enjoy bridge, reading, and, of course, travel.
