November 2023-Trunk Bay in St John, Virgin Islands

I began this journey because I love to travel and in particular, I absolutely love cruises! One of my favorite travel places would have to be St John in the Virgin Islands-specifically Trunk Bay. The beach and water there are just magical with the blues and greens. Another favorite place on my travel list would be St Maarten. Orient Beach is a neat place to go for the day. San Juan, Puerto Rico was a neat place that allowed you to venture to either the old or newer part of San Juan. We chose to experience the older part of San Juan and take in the beauty of the 2nd oldest cathedral in America, as well as the colorful homes that line the streets in pastel colors. We used a tour guide here, so we gained a lot of knowledge about San Juan.I love the memories created, the different destinations, the "bonus" friends I make when my husband and I travel on cruises, and I enjoy planning where we'll go on excursions.

Cozumel, Mexico is also another favorite place for us. We thoroughly enjoyed just walking around and taking in the different scenery and swimming with the dolphins there! There's such beautiful turquoise waters and white sand beaches, as well as we couldn't resist stopping in for lunch at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville before heading back to our cruise ship!

My husband & I also have traveled to Ecuador which is absolutely stunning from the beautiful mountains to the beaches to the volcanoes.

Another beautiful country along the Adriatic Sea is Bar, Montenegro! It's a tiny country, but the beauty is basically everywhere you drive. There's small private beaches, harbors, and neat little places to stop and eat or grab a drink and sit by the sea during your travel.
