Jamaica to St. Lucia Switch Up

Brenda did an amazing job setting up our trip to Jamaica. We had planned to go to St Lucia but our resort shut down due to COVID 2 weeks before our trip. Not only did Brenda set us up in Jamaica on short notice, she got us an amazing 2500 square foot suite with two bedrooms, three baths , full kitchen, and a pool table. The balcony was also huge with an amazing view of the ocean. I can't thank Brenda enough for saving our vacation and going above and beyond to make our trip amazing. Thank you so much. Dom

Brenda did an amazing job coordinating our trip! We were a late add on to a larger group of friends going that she had already set up! We have use Brenda auto at SunRay travel for the last two years. Some of our travel I have been easy..... but others were complicated as she handled them extremely professional and quick. she always answers the phone no matter how many times I’ve called with questions or having to make changes. Or knowledge of the products and locations of where we’re going have been extremely helpful. The greatest thing for me is the time I say if I have it in her book our travel plans from rental cars to hotels to our flights. I recommend Brenda to handle anyone’s travel!

Honeymoon Bliss in Cancun

If only we could give her a higher rating! Brenda planned our honeymoon at the most amazing resort in Cancun. Since we had never been before, she had the most fantastic recommendations.She booked us a VIP suite, business-class airplane tickets, and a honeymoon package, all under budget! Even after all things were booked, she noticed that our resort had a promotion providing free, private transportation to and from the airport, and we received additional savings.
When we couldn't get in touch with the local travel operator for our day trip and boat ride to Isla Mujeres, she ended up getting our answers and got it settled right away on a Sunday evening. She truly cares about not only planning a special vacation for you but also making sure you continue to have the best experience and no worries during your trip! A wonderful partner to work with and we will certainly be using her again and telling our friends all about her!

Overcoming Obstacles into Honeymoon Magic

We had the pleasure of working with Brenda Otto to book our honeymoon, and we can’t say enough how amazing she was! Right from the beginning Brenda was accommodating to our wants for our honeymoon. When we began working with Brenda she helped us book a dream come true honeymoon to Hawaii. When Covid-19 hit, Brenda was in contact with us regularly. She provided us with updates on the status of Hawaii. Three weeks out, we got the news that we would not be able to go to Hawaii. Brenda immediately found us alternatives. She considered all our wants and found a comparable trip in Los Cabo, Mexico.
She remained in contact with us, our resort, and our transportation services during our stay.
The amazing time that we had and the unforgettable memories we created are all because of her. Through this whole experience, it was clear that Brenda truly cared about making our honeymoon a dream come true.

Honeymoon in Paradise

Brenda set up our honeymoon in Paris and the Maldives and I have no idea what we would have done without her… she was so nice, so helpful and so thorough, absolutely the best. Amazing Trip to St. Pete Beach

We’re just back from an amazing trip to St Pete Beach. Brenda, as always, did an amazing job setting it all up from the flights to the hotel arrangements, to car rental and all the activities in between, etc. Brenda does everything for you like it’s a breeze. I would never attempt to do all this myself. When we arrived it felt like NY weather (33 degrees), But She even got the heat turned back on at the beach.

Heavenly Honeymoon
