Where do I start? The service and expertise I received from Mumbi was FIVE STAR! From the beginning of my trip planning with her calling me with a great deal on our flights to Italy through a "flashsale" through our departure with transfers that Mumbi arranged on a beautiful boat that took us right up to the airport door, we were beyond pleased! I can't imagine what our trip would have been like had we not consulted our expert travel agent. She arranged every excursion for us, scheduled each activity we were interested in, made sure to tell us all about any special tips that could enhance our vacation, was there for us when one of our hotels made a blunder and she got it fixed, quite simply, I would never take a vacation again without calling Mumbi first, no joke! Football Game Time in Texas

Historically, we have made our travel arrangements. However, we were very fortunate to have worked with Mumbi on our family trip to the (Dallas Cowboys Game) in Texas. She seamlessly handled travel arrangements for our Winter Break 2022. Unfortunately, Airlines delayed our trip 3 times before we finally managed a wonderful trip in December 2023! Mumbi graciously worked with Delta Vacations to adjust flights, car rentals, and accommodations. She even provided a fun list of optional activities that we used to customize our trip to meet our family’s interests. While we were in Dallas, she even emailed to remind us to check in for our return flight! We are so glad that we had Mumbi on our side when we had to cancel/reschedule our trip numerous times. Disney World Magic

Mumbi's exceptional expertise and attention to detail made our family trip to Disney World absolutely perfect.As a large group comprising 6 adults and 8 kids, finding suitable accommodations was a priority. Mumbi swiftly suggested a private villa option, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. She secured a stunning, modern 6-bedroom villa located in a resort-style community near the park.The villa truly had everything we needed and more. From the heated pool and outdoor kitchen to the exciting game room and enchanting Disney-themed kids' rooms with bunk beds, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The chef's culinary skills were excellent, and the food was simply amazing, leaving the kids full and content. Furthermore, the community provided us with access to incredible amenities such as a water park, restaurants, spa, gym, and even a convenient shuttle service to the park.
