When I first started working with Lanie, we (me and my best friend) had given her an option of where we wanted to stay in Punta Cana. She suggested we try the Majestic Elegance and assured us we would love it. Any questions we had, Lanie was quick to respond. I had also kept her in the loop and our trip countdown. As our trip got closer, wonderful Hurricane Maria started to make an appearance in the Caribbean. Lanie went out of her way to make sure we would be fine on our trip by calling the GM at the resort to check status. Needless to say, we had the time of our lives all thanks to Lanie. She is awesome at her job. I know we will continue to work together as well has having a great friendship.

On our first meeting we were impresssd with Lanie's personality and professionalism. We discussed what we had in mind for this vacation- something relatively convenient with good value and different for us as we have been to the Caribbean many times. Lanie introduced us to the Paradisus hotels in both Cancun and Punta Cana.We selected Cancun which seemed the better value and it certainly was. This all inclusive hotel with Royal service exceeded our expectations and was near the best of our Caribbean experiences. Lanie was the first travel agent we have used in decades and she will now be our consultant for future travel.

Our Weddingmoon

LanieShe helped us plan the perfect Weddingmoon trip to Maui. She got us the best resort with breakfast every morning. Our flight times were great, she was able to get us out to Maui by lunch time giving us almost a whole extra day on the front end and on the last day she booked it so we had most of the day to enjoy the resort before we had to head to the airport.
I told her to start working on next years trip back to Maui only this time we want to stay out there for 10 days.

Lanie is the epitome of professional. When we know what we want, she works with us to really dial in the perfect experience. When we aren't surely exactly what we want, she talks through things with us and works even harder than usual to research places and experiences to help us make a decision.But the thing the we love best about her is her flexibility when we have last-minute ideas or want to make mid-trip adjustments. We know it's got to be at least a little annoying, but she never complains and helps us work things out.

Lanie is the best travel agent I have ever worked with and that is saying a lot. From the first time we talked about planning a trip to Italy so our son could ask his girlfriend to marry him at Trevi Fountain to the places we stayed to the tours we took and the flights to and from she was always there and did all the heavy lifting making my job very easy. When we ran into an issue she was right there helping us through it, you can't pay enough for this type of service and she did it with a smile!

Our Destination Wedding

Wonderful honeymoon in Fiji!

Lanie was incredibly helpful and very professional helping my wife and I plan our honeymoon in Fiji! Lanie was able to find a few options for resorts in Fiji along with benefits for each of the resorts. We ultimately chose a great resort that was very secluded. We had a bit of a rough start with a delayed flight, but Lanie was able to contact the right people to make sure the rest of our trip went very smoothly!
