I can't say enough great things about Cathy. She has a ton of knowledge and knows the best deals! She is always in constant communication with me, even after the trip has been booked. Sending reminders, instructions and tips to enhance our vacation. She even follows up and to make sure our trip went off without a hitch. Fantastic customer service!
