Hello! My Name Is Lynnette Lydic.  I Am A Travel Agent At Concierge Cruises Travel Agency. I Have Been In The Travel Industry For Over Ten Years! Currently I Have Sailed On Eighteen Cruises With A Few More Scheduled! My Favorite Destinations Include Grand Cayman, Jamaica & San Juan Puerto Rico.

I Recently Traveled To Niagara Falls In Canada. This Was An Amazing Experience. We Visited The US Side As Well As The Canadian Site. The Weather Was Incredible And We Enjoyed The Maid Of The Mist Ride. We Were Literally In Two Places At Once!

I Flew For The First Time Since I Was A Little Girl To Cleveland Ohio To Visit My Brother & His New Wife. Flying Is Always An Interesting Experience! I Truly Enjoying Traveling & Next On My Bucket List Is Alaska & Hawaii!

While In Cuba We Had A Fascinating Experience. Getting To Learn About The History And Culture Of Cuba Was Great. Hearing The Locals Play Music. The Old Cars. The Shopping And Food. The Highlight Was Seeing The Tropicana Cabaret Show. I Wish We Had More Time To Spend In Havana. I’m Glad We Got To Experience This Destination For As Long As We Did! 

I Have Many Diplomas From The Cruise Industry. Currently I Am Freestyle Certified With Norwegian Cruise Line & Expert Plus With Royal Caribbean. I Also Have Diplomas With Carnival & Disney Cruise Line. This Year I Became Celebrity Cruises Five Star Academy & MSC Cruise Line Certified. I Enjoy Learning About The Different Cruise Lines And Expanding My Knowledge Of Travel Destinations.

I Chose To Begin My Career As A Travel Agent Many Years Ago After My Most Amazing Boss & Friend Gave Me A Cruise As A Christmas Present. I Fell In Love With Cruising! The Entertainment, The Food, The Service, The Destinations. Right Then And There I Decided I Was Going To See The World. I Wanted To Help Others Enjoy The Same Wonderful Experience I Had. Amazing Service & Incredible Cruise!

I First Called Concierge Cruises On A Saturday. The Main Office Was Closed. However The Second Location Was Open. So I Called The Alternate Number Which Was On The Voice Mail. My Call Was Immediately Answered. I Asked Many Different Questions Regarding Many Different Destinations. I Was Even Given A Quote On The Spot. She Offered To Have Me Come Over The Store To Get A Book Regarding My Cruise. After Discussing It With My Husband We Went Over And Booked Our Cruise. We Received An Amazing Price & An On Board Credit Through The Cruise Line. It Was A Promotion That They Were Offering At The Time. It Was Great Customer Service. We Would Highly Recommend Them To Our Friends! Thanks Concierge Cruises!

Lynn walked me through every step of planning and booking my Family of 5 Vacation Cruise. Not only did she find the right price for me after a ton of research she also planned the correct ship dates and activities!!!! On my way to the Port she even called and text me to make sure i was ok and knew where I was going!!! I am already having her look for another vacation for me! Not planned but the service was so outstanding we are booking again soon! Life Long customer and I recommend her to all of my family and friends. Thank You Lynn!!!!!!!!!!!!
