While I am able to assist you with destinations throughout the world, I specialize in Individual and Group Vacations to Italy, Greece, Ireland, England, Scotland and Southern Africa.
Whether you are planning your once in a lifetime dream vacation, a special romantic getaway for two, or well-deserved family vacation, I understand how important it is to get it right. For a trip to Greece with our son who just graduated from high school, I wanted a travel agent to help us navigate all the Covid-related requirements as well as plan a fun trip for our family. Colette was great to work with, taking time to get to know our family preferences in developing an initial itinerary, and very patiently adjusting it in response to my feedback until we settled on a final itinerary. I am a very detail-oriented person, so I appreciated Colette's timely and thorough response to all my follow-up questions, and her clear and organized instructions for travel. We just returned from our trip and had a fabulous time, stayed at some amazing villas & hotel in Athens and enjoyed some great "food walking tours" in Crete and Athens. Everything went smoothly, and I particularly appreciated Colette's responsiveness throughout - any time we had a question we just emailed her, and got a response within 24 hours (remarkable given the time difference).

Northern Italy with a one year old

We have worked with Colette for multiple trips and she always hits it out of the park. This time I didn’t even have a specific destination in mind. I just knew I wanted to take our one year old daughter on the trip with us. Colette sent multiple itineraries and gave great suggestions to help narrow down the location. In the end, we chose Northern Italy (Milan, Verona, the Dolomites). Colette gave me great advice on things we should add or avoid to make traveling with a one year old doable—I was thankful for everything we added: baby’s own seat on the airplane and renting a car instead of tours for flexibility. Colette booked us amazing accommodations along the way as always! I could not recommend her services more-she does a great job every single time

I have worked with Colette on both group trips and solo adventures. I have a wanderlust and am a very specific type of traveler. I cannot say enough about the service she provides! Colette is amazing. Not only did she provide great options for pur honeymoon, her communication is amazing. We had some issues with adventures on our Hawaii honeymoon due to weather and what not, colette not only made sure we received our refund but she provided around the clock service for anything we wanted to do or change the day of! I can't wait to book our next adventure with her.

Colette made complicated travel easy! She understood the level of trip we wanted to have, hotels were a perfect fit and exactly what we asked for and it seemed I received an immediate response to any questions even though we were half a world away! I was also impressed with the app with all of our travel details and the package of documents she sent prior to our departure that had print outs and directions to all of our excursions. It took all of the organizational work off of me, so I could just enjoy the trip! I absolutely would recommend Colette to anyone considering a trip, simple or complex. It was an awesome experience getting to book our honeymoon with Colette. She was so helpful in every step of our trip. Colette was very responsive to all my emails, incredibly knowledgeable about our destinations and knew about the different excursions. She was able to put together this 3 week trip, with ground transportation, air, excursions, hotels, etc etc with ease. I’m just so impressed with Colette’s ability to zoom in on what we wanted and get everything booked. Before leaving, we received a nice package with our tickets and travel insurance info, our bag tags, etc in a zippered carry case that had room for our passports and extra money. Really, the entire trip was an enormous success. I will never do my own planning and booking again. Colette has my business for as long as she wants it.

Colette was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Starting with finding the exact resort we wanted from a few pictures we had sent her, as well as other criteria like preferred flight time, etc. We didn't even know what resort the pictures were from, we just knew we loved the rooms. She also kept working hard through extenuating circumstances like rebooking our room and flights because the resort got shut down due to COVID. Then while we were at the resort during our trip she even continued to answer our questions about details of our return flight. Our flight and room info were in a nice travel app she set up for us as well as a packet she sent in the mail. Planning this trip would have been a nightmare without her especially re-doing everything through COVID and we never had a single email go unanswered.
