I have been in the Travel industry for over 39 years, my niche and specialty is small ship cruising. I have been on every river in the USA on one of our small ships and I have done river cruises in Europe on Viking and AMA Waterways and I also love the Viking Ocean ships and have really enjoyed them too. I have been working with all the small ship companies for over 20 years and our company has amazing contracts as we are the preferred seller of small ships in the USA. We also offer Viking and AMA Waterways cruise to Europe and other destinations. We also offer rail trips in the USA and Canada and many rail and sail trips too.
I have been working with some of my clients for over 25 years and because of our amazing relationships I have been referred by them to 100's of others. I truly believe your not just working on one trip but on a lifetime of travel if they are pleased with your service and I approach each of my bookings that way.

Cindy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She can answer most questions immediately, and can find out what she doesn't know off the top of her head. She helped arrange extra airline tickets for my husband who was speaking in Helsinki immediately before we met up in Prague for the Elegant Elbe river cruise, answered last minute questions right before I left, and was extremely conscientious in searching down one of our missing travel party members who was a day late showing up in Prague. We have booked two additional trips with Cindy and can't wait to have her assist us in the future.

Magical Memories

I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy and USA River Cruises for 10 years. She has helped me plan so many memorable journeys, everything from US river cruises to European river and ocean cruises to American ocean cruises to train trips and even an all inclusive ranch resort. She and her colleagues are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and really care about their clients. We just got back from our ranch adventure, it was a special 50 th anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren, a total of 8 people ranging in ages from 5 to 77. It was perfect, Cindy even arranged for a private dinner on a terrace overlooking the desert at sunset.
She seems to know exactly what we would like before we do, arranging tours, transportation and lodging. (We always extend our trips beyond the “boarding and unboarding.”)
She is always available for questions and advice.
We are already looking forward to our next two trips that. She is planning for us!

We have worked with Cindy over the last ten years, and have come to treat each other as “family “. She has been very helpful to find us special arrangements for Mississippi River cruises. Since we live in Canada and usually drive to the departure city, she has been wonderful at sending our info early, and considering our high foreign exchange rates - over 30%.
