Hi there! Our names are Bradley and Sierra Carpenter, also known at The Carpenters. We reside in Gastonia, North Carolina, just a few miles from Charlotte. Bradley is originally from Maryland, (20 minutes from Baltimore and 30 minutes from Washington DC) and Sierra grew up inSevierville , Tennessee where Dollywood is located. We met while going to college in the small town of Belmont. Fast forward several years, we are married and have a beautiful princess, Anna Belle!
Walt Disney World (WDW) holds a special place in all our hearts as many memories have been made here over the years. Brad proposed to Sierra in front of the Be Our Guest restaurant at Magic Kingdom, we honeymooned at Walt Disney World, followed by our first Disney cruise to the Bahamas, and took our daughter to WDW for her first trip at nine months old.
We have been travel agents for more than five years and specialize in Disney destinations including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney. In addition to these magical spots, we can plan other Central Florida theme parks, cruises and much more.
Our job as your travel agents, yes – you get TWO for the price of one, is to make planning and executing your vision come to life so you can enjoy creating magical memories! We create itineraries, reserve rooms, make dining reservations, and stay up to date on the latest changes with our partners. Our services are always free when you book with us!

It Was Worth The Wait
Over the 3 years, I had contacted a few TA’s to get a general idea of how much to put away to have a wonderful experience. (And let’s be honest to avoid a little sticker shock!) When we were ready to book, no one returned my calls. A friend of mine posted on social media about the wonderful time she and her mom were having at Disney. I asked if she’d share her agent and I’m so glad she did!! Bradley and Sierra made booking our trip amazing. They never hesitated to answer even the smallest of questions and even answered questions while we were in Disney. This was what I hope was the first of many family vacations with our boys and we all can’t wait to go back to Disney. (As I write this, my oldest is asking when we are going back to “the blue show and tell”. [All Star Movies Toy Story]) Thank you for making our trip so magical!!!

The Carpenters are wonderful for planning your amazing Disney vacation! This was our first time with a travel agent and with Disney and Bradley made the whole experience magical! Amazing Deal at Disney World
We LOVE the Carpenters! They helped us find an amazing hotel, got us an amazing deal for our resort stay, and made planning our trip SO easy! I highly recommend them and have given their info to friends! Definitely use them, especially for Disney trips!!!!
Our Family's First Disney World Trip
We recently returned from a trip to Disney. This was our family’s first time going. We had no idea what we were doing. The Carpenters were extremely helpful and walked us through the process step by step. They were always available for any time of question! Even the silly questions!! They were also available for any questions/issue while we were on our trip. Christmas at Disney World
Working with Brad & Sierra for our recent Disney trip was great! They were extremely helpful and answered all our questions including helpful tips for seeing all the Christmas festivities at the parks. We highly recommend the Carpenters when planning a Disney vacation!
First Disney World Trip with 2 Kids
As two parents who decided coming out of COVID that it was time to make a first visit to Disney since the 1990s and also take our two kids on their first trip, working with the Carpenters took lots and lots of worry away and helped us create a memorable experience. The only negative - that the trip had to end. From the initial planning, they did a great job of helping when we had to adjust plans and were available to quickly help before, during and after the trip! Whether it’s your first or 50th time doing Disney, we’d highly recommend working with them!
