Hello, My name is Heather. I am happily married to the love of my life and I have two amazing daughters. I am an avid  k-pop fan and I am not ashamed of it! I love planning vacations and taking the time to learn the history and culture of the different destinations, and then going on these vacations to spend time with my family and just having fun and making memories that will last! 

I completed my certification in Hospitality and Tourism with Stratford Career Institute and got highest honors.

I am a Certified AMAWATERWAYS Cruise Specialist. Which means that i have extensive knowledge about their river cruises and their destinations. For example the sail in Europe and in Africa on the Danube and Nile Rivers. They offer their Christmas Markets Cruises. 

I am also a Violet, Scarlet, Silver and Gold-Knot Tier Specialist with Virgin Voyages, the highest knowledge you a can achieve with them. What does this mean you ask. It means that I can show off my knowledge about the ships that in their fleet. I have extensive knowledge about their sustainability, the staterooms, and more. I have the flexibility to show you just how much that I know about this particular cruise and its destinations.  

I am also certified with Uplift and a Captain with Princess Cruises learning academy.
