Central America the Adventure Awaits

A friend described it to me as "Fast, Colorful, Raw and Awesome" which sums it up well. I like to get off the beaten path enjoy the fresh locally grown food,  an adventure or two and finish up in  luxurious accommodations and have a really good meal before I leave.
