I am a Multi-Generational Travel Specialist who plans magnificent vacations for clients. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the travel industry with others and have supported a plethora of agents as they have launched their dream careers. My appetite is for excellence in customer service. Client relations and organizational skills are my expertise. I have governed a career in Corporate America for over 30 years while managing a full-service travel agency for the past 17 years. My travel agency allows me to utilize both passions, travel and family. While my children were young and very active, I arranged travel for their various group activities to include air, charters, hotel blocks and group itineraries. I share my passion for travel with those who enjoy experiencing new and exciting destinations and want to see the cultural aspect of the world.
My excitement for travel has merited several awards which include 2016 Karisma GIVC Gold Star Award, Mark Travel 500 club member and America’s Travel Companies Top 3 sales award for years 2012-2016. I have fulfilled certifications which include Master Agent for AMResorts, Sandals Certified, RIU, Marriott, Hyatt, and Iberostar Specialist. Awesome Anniversary Package

You deserve a huge THANK YOU for the outstanding job you did. You covered every detail from our transportation, check-in at the airport, to our spa and dinner reservations for my birthday. Speaking of dinner, I must pause to give you extra kudos for selecting the Sunset Mona Lisa. Everyone was amazed by the spectacular view and the service was good also. This was the topping on the cake. Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful property and all the staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant. The rooms and ocean view were very nice. I sincerely appreciate all your added touches, such as the note and bottle of champagne you had in the room when I arrived.
Notwithstanding, everyone agrees that you are the BEST travel agent, E-V-E-R! I have already recommended your services to two friends for their upcoming vacations.

Last Minute Get Away

I have been knowing Mira for over 20 or more years. I wanted to try to get on a cruise with my family that was leaving in two weeks. She responded to me very quick and made it happen. She was able to get us all at one table for over evening dining. I have been on about 5 cruises, never have I had a room on the higher deck, even with me booking early. But Mira was able to get me on deck 9. We had an awesome time on the cruise. Mira thank you for everything, I will be contacting you again for some reasonable get away(s). Mira's Magic for Family Vacation

Kudos to Mira for all she did for our recent trip family vacation. I sent her our fixed travel dates for a Christmas trip as well as some destinations that were on the list of possibilities. She took it from there, providing pricing and options on all of them. We whittled those down to a single destination and she very capably handled all the land arrangements for 6-people. When we hit a last minute speed bump a few days before departure (totally/completely my fault) she was able to fix it to my great relief. I'd also asked her to keep an eye out for two upgraded rooms at the resort we chose and a few days before our arrival she let me know that the room-type I wanted was available. Everything was great and she made it effortless for us. Awesome job and we are very grateful for Mira's magic.

Mira, I had a very enjoyable time on the cruise. Predictably, there was too much food, and it was all very good. The dining room was really a great experience. The food was great and the offerings were diverse and very interesting. The service on board was outstanding; from the dining room staff to the cabin stewards, everything was really very good. The entertainment was great and the excursions were all fun. It was great doing things as part of a group; it was a much nicer experience being able to share the experience and share experiences with other members of the group. Overall, a really nice experience and something that I would recommend to others. Thank you for all that you did in putting it together.

Heavenly Honeymoon

We entrusted Mira with the planning of our honeymoon in Hawaii and she did not disappoint! We spent 3 nights in Honolulu and 3 nights on the Big Island. Both resorts were fabulous with beautiful views and excellent amenities. Mira took care of all the details to insure we had a memorable time including the Lei greeting, welcome package at the hotel and Jeep rentals on both islands! I can’t say enough about our experience working with Mira Crenshaw. We were coordinating a 50th Anniversary celebration with six couples. She was so professional from the very beginning, providing all the direction and information we needed for the trip. Our trip didn’t start off very well, with our flight being delayed causing us to miss our connection to the Bahamas, consequently we weren’t able to meet our friends until the next day. Even though she was out of the country on vacation, she right away took care of us, making sure we didn’t lose our reservation. But she went far and above just helping us, she had a nice surprise waiting for us in our room. So she arranged to have us stay an extra day (no cost to us) and she got our flight changed. Needless to say, she made our 50th Anniversary a wonderful experience. I will ABSOLUTELY, use her again!

The planning for our Hawaii Cruise started in 2019 prior to COVID and Mira kept us informed throughout all phases until the cruise was taken in 2022. Niagara Falls takes your breath away

Hello Mira, we had the best time in Toronto. Everything was perfect! The hotel, food, weather and excursions were great!!! The helicopter ride was my favorite thing to do with my son but scared the life out of me?? he told me "you only live once mom" and I said "you only die once too last time I checked!" The views were amazing from what I could see, when my eyes were open lol Niagara Falls takes your breath away. Thank you for everything! I have reached out to Mira to assist me and friends with planning cruises. It can be a last minute desire to get on a cruise with other friends and family. She has away gotten us on the same cruise with great rooms and rates. She follow up with you up until the day you are suppose to leave. She is a wonder person and cares about other people needs.

Cancun Family Vacation
