Since 2005 my mission and purpose has been to use my extensive travel knowledge, experience, resources and attention to detail to enhance every aspect of my client’s travel.
I began my business concentrating on helping couples plan great honeymoons and over the years expanded my company to include all types of luxury getaways including groups and or incentive travel for corporations. In the last five years I have also established strategic relationships with several independent contractors to assist clients wishing to plan a cruise, travel to Europe or experience one of the many Disney products. I travel often as do my colleagues, so I can offer recommendations that are based on personal experience and professional collaboration.
In my spare time I enjoy watching a good basketball or football game and spending time with my wife and our two Doberman kids.

Oh my gosh, this trip is one that my whole family will remember for their lifetime! Our beach cabin was in front of the main part of the resort and we had the most amazing view every second of the day. To be able to lie in bed and see the ocean and hear the coral tinkling on the beach mere meters from us was incredible. We were able to grab our snorkel gear and walk straight out and see and swim with the most amazing things. We would also walk over to Nudey Beach and that was even more incredible. Seriously, this was the best vacation. Thank you so much for organizing our trip for us.

Yet Another Amazing Vacation

I first reached out to Skip to plan our honeymoon in 2018. I had never used a travel adviser before but I was worn out with planning a wedding so I left it in the hands on Skip- & it would't have it any other way. He is easy and accommodating to work with regarding travel. My Honeymoon had adventure and luxury as we had explained we wanted. We did Amsterdam, Rome, and Santorini. All locations had travel, car services (seriously amazing) and activities planned for us. The great thing is that when you see something you want changed- he does it in a heartbeat and keeps constant communication. We came back with lots of great experiences, & all within budget.Fast Forward to this year, we were in the midst of planning a second vacation across the pond and I didn't even think twice about it- I knew who I would call- Skip,
Yet another great vacation- this time we simply wanted luxury and relaxation and that is what we got in the Almafi Coast + Mykonos. He planned it just right.

15 year Anniversary Trip

We had a great time! We did three excursions and made wonderful memories! Thank you so much for all of your help! Oh and we definitely stayed one of the nicest resorts on the island. We saw a couple of the resorts while picking people of for the excursions and they were definitely not as nice as ours. We did get duped into sitting in and listening to the resort try to sell us their diamond package. When we tried to leave we got major attitude and we just ended up walking out. Lesson learned! Ha!
Anyway, we spent a ton of time in the pools, everything was super clean, we kayaked, we snorkeled, we took a stinky mud bath which was a blast, and saw the beauty of St Lucia on two cruises. It was perfect!

Great island getaway!

We wanted to take out dream vacation to Bora Bora and Skip handled it all for us. He was very knowledgeable, provided suggestions and feedback through the planning process. He kept us up to date on the French Polynesian COVID policies and assisted us with getting reservations at St. Regis. When we left for Bora Bora we were equipped with everything we needed for travels because Skip was very organized. I would recommend using his services again and again. WORLDS BEST HONEYMOON

We were referred to skip by a friend, who had great things to say. Skip was incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. We wanted a quiet romantic spot for a honeymoon. He guided us and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted within our budget! I am telling you this trip was magnificent. I was not ready to leave. We stayed at el darado in the over the water bungalows in Mexico! The service and staff was phenomenal, it was quiet, secluded and romantic. 10/10 would go again and I am definitely using him to plan our one year anniversary trip!

Perfect Honeymoon!

Skip was AMAZING to work with! He was incredibly helpful and honest putting our vacation to Spain together, once we were there he was available for questions and help as well! Our entire trip was incredible, one big highlight for us were the hotels chosen. All were fantastic hotels in perfect locations. Skip planned a trip for myself and my two sons to Australia and New Zealand. After a search for a travel agent, Skip's enthusiasm and knowledge of Australia and New Zealand had me hooked. Skip immediately had ideas and suggestions for our trip. I can't say enough about how amazing the trip was - everything from the places we visited, to the hotels, to the adventures scheduled were perfect. One of the things I loved is that if I had made the plans myself, I would not have scheduled some of the tours or adventures, and I am so glad I took his suggestions as they were some of my favorite moments on the trip. From an overnight cruise in Milford Sound to surfing on Bondi Beach, this was the trip of a lifetime. Even further, Skip provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do for each location we traveled. I truly couldn't recommend Skip high enough. He will absolutely be who we turn to for travel planning in the future.

Saved Mom and Dad’s 50th Anniversary Trip!

Skip just made my parents the happiest travelers on earth. He sent them to New Zealand, but what was more amazing, he rescued their trip after Dad’s accident. Mom and Dad have been married 51 years. Last year, they planned to take a 50th anniversary trip to New Zealand. But two months before they left, Dad fell and injured his head badly. They were heartbroken, but they knew New Zealand would have to be cancelled.
I made one phone call to Skip. He picked up everything from there. He made the calls, found the trio insurance, cancelled the reservations, and refunded them everything.
This year, Dad is better. They called Skip again and asked if they could do their dream vacation now. He had saved it, of course! They traveled to New Zealand in October and came back delighted.

I can’t speak highly enough of Skip. I realize very quickly that we picked the right person and that he understood what we were looking to do and the vibe we had in mind. We wanted to accomplish a couple things; see lots of birds, feel like we experience both islands, do a bunch of Lord of the Rings excursions, and eat really good food. Skip put together the perfect package (in some cases going off the beaten path) and took care of literally everything. From booking air travel, hotels, excursions, drivers, you name it, he was all over it. The deliverables he provided in preparation for the trip made it very easy to follow along and understand exactly what we had in store for the trip. I can’t even begin to tell you how perfect the trip was. Skip put together an itinerary that was well paced and had us doing something amazing every day. 5-star experience!

My husband and I just returned couple weeks ago from an adult only family trip to BoraBora.( this was our 2nd trip) It was the most wonderful trip, not only were all 8 adults shocked at the accommodations at the St Regis but the attention everyone received from the staff was beyond their wildest dreams. I thank Skip for having all our tickets and vouchers in place so I didn’t have to worry about anything! Skip handled and arranged EVERY little detail and everything went perfectly. He was very helpful and informative, going the extra mile with personal recommendations for tours and restaurants. He always responded immediately to our emails when we had questions. He was personable and friendly. Documents were provided timely and were easy to read and understand. Thanksgiving 2022 was spent in the BAHAMAS at the BAHA MAR Grand Hyatt! Our first family trip with children and grand children. Best time in Australia

Skip was so easy going. He asked us how much we wanted to spend and what we wanted our trip to look like and he took it from there. He knew the areas that we wanted to go to and planned a spencils trip. There were personal touches here and there, like VIP greetings at The Opera house in Sydney, and personal notes left in our hotels. All transportation was prearranged , seamless, and impeccable. We had a bit of trip anxiety , but after the first day we knew there wouldn’t be a worry in the world, and the trip came off without a hitch

After deciding that Costa Rica was our first post-pandemic family vacation, I was stumped. So I did what I've done before and contacted Skip, our true get-away guru, to help me figure out where to go and what to do. Working through the holidays and from his own family vacation, Skip booked us at The Tabacon in the Arenal region. We had no idea how valuable the transfers to and from the airport to resort would be or how much it helps to have an expert make arrangements at a location that was absolutely superb. Our three adult children rate this vacation as 'excellent', tied in first place with the trip Skip arranged for us a few years ago in Hawai'i. We're saving our pennies for the grand Australia/New Zealand/Tahiti tour that we'll put in Skip's capable hands for our 40th anniversary. What a gift of knowledge, expertise, and all around nice-guy attitude we have found. Skip will not let you down.

We recently got back from our bucket trip in November, and Skip made the trip unforgettable! From the beginning, he had so many great ideas and options for the budget, which was nice since we had never been to our destination before. He was always quick to respond to any question or concern and made the planning process easy. He knows all the right people to get you the best tour! (He was a rock star getting us on the Red Panda Tour at the zoo. (Very limited number of stops.))During the trip, we had a couple issues come up, but Skip saved the day and got them worked out for us!
We would highly recommend Skip for anyone looking for a travel agent, and we would definitely use him again!

Best Honeymoon EVER!

Skip planned our amazing honeymoon to Bora Bora and The Brando. We can't thank him enough for the white glove treatment before, during and after our trip. His suggestions for where to stay exceeded our expectations. Everything he planned went off without a hitch! Skip helped me arrange a bucket list for my friend and I. He was there to answer all my questions. It had been a long time since I was out of country. It was very easy with his help.Bora Bora was so beautiful and peaceful.
Skip helped with the breakfast and dinner, all we had to do was lunch.
I loved the snorkeling and seeing coral, fish, sharks, and 2 stingrays by the OWB.
Such a memorable trip.

Incredible Honeymoon!

Skip was so easy to work with from the beginning! He was super responsive and tolerated a million questions. He gave us 5 or so options for 4 different areas of the Caribbean to honeymoon in. We were so thankful he was there to do that for us, it truly took the stress from having to plan a honeymoon ourselves. The trip (6 days/5 nights at Secrets Maroma) went off with out a hitch and we enjoyed every second.

Once again Skip gave us holiday we will never forget. Every detail is taken care of from the moment you step on the plane and we know we will be taken care of. I also love that I know he will always do everything he can to make things right. We called him at 6:30PM on a Sunday after our hotel mixed-up our names and he answered immediately and was able to sort out the issue for us. Just got back with my third trip (our honeymoon and two subsequent vacations) with Skip. He has a passion for what he does and is exceptional in all aspects on how he runs his business.As I have said before, while the internet has changed the travel industry and there is more ability to do it yourself, Skip is invaluable with his experiences and suggestions. Furthermore, the packages he has put together for us have always been less expensive to go with than if we were to do it ourselves and they include more!

Amazing Great Barrier Reef Trip

Oh my gosh, this trip is one that my whole family will remember for their lifetime! Our beach cabin was in front of the main part of the resort and we had the most amazing view every second of the day. To be able to lie in bed and see the ocean and hear the coral tinkling on the beach mere meters from us was incredible. We were able to grab our snorkel gear and walk straight out and see and swim with the most amazing things. We would also walk over to Nudey Beach and that was even more incredible. My brain couldn’t process what it was seeing. The reef trip with Sunlover Reef Cruises was incredible too. We did the Intro to Scuba Diving and then straight away did the Guided Snorkel Tour and they made sure food was kept aside for us, that we were in the right spot at the right time and was so informative. Seriously, this was the best vacation. Thank you so much for organizing our trip for us. We are very grateful and will be contacting you again for our next one!

I highly recommend Skip! He's the best. He helped us plan our honeymoon, a trip to Jamaica, and more recently, a trip to Maui. We will continue to work with him for years to come. From the beginning, he takes the time to get to know his clients and suggests vacations based on your interests and desires. He never speaks to you in a condescending manner, and is just so upbeat and friendly. Once you book your trip, he keeps you informed up to the date that you leave, and he prepares a vacation packet for you that includes all of your papers in an nice pouch. This is great because you just grab that pouch and you have all the important documents handy when you need it. More than that, Skip is just an awesome guy! He is easy to talk to and is always accessible to his clients. Trust me. No vacations are perfect (flights get cancelled/luggage gets lost) but Skip is always just a phone call or text away. He does everything to ensure you have a great time.

Skip did a wonderful job choosing flights and the best hotel in our price band for the honeymoon of our dreams in Bora Bora. We spent 5 nights in the most gorgeous hotel on a private island and our room had breathtaking views. He made it very easy for us to have plenty of time to catch our flights and people waiting to show us where to go. Planning a honeymoon on top of a wedding would have been so stressful and he took out all the hard parts for us and made it the best trip of our lives. The next time we are going out of the country we will definitely use Skip again!

First of all there are NOT enough stars possible to truly rate Skip and Honeymoon Guru!! I booked my first trip with Skip over 10 years ago and can remember how great the experience was like it was yesterday. The reason I can remember how great it was is because Ive continued to use Skip for ALL my vacations ever since!!! He is simply FIRST CLASS! He spares no details while planning each of our getaways. He takes ALL the stresses ( flights, transfers, excursions, meals) of planning away. Skip is hands down the best of the best all the while offering a truly white glove kind of experience.
