Wonderful Planning

It has been wonderful, with no effort from us and everything is going so smoothly. He has kept us informed and sent us via email all the information we need to be ready to go on our trip. He's never minded when my husband might stop by the office to inquire about something. All my husband and I have to do is sit and wait for the time for us to go. All paperwork, reservations, hotels are taken care of, with Barry and the tour company. We are so looking forward to our trip in May, 2017!!Description of work:
We were new to the area and Richcreek Travel agency was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking for assistance in planning a trip. We've never been on a "tour" trip and had no idea where to even start. Family Vacation to Disney

Disney and Universal Trip

Barry has been great to work with. We originally booked a cruise with him in 2019 to go in November 2020. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule several times and then canceled. We decided to change directions and booked a Disney AND Universal trip instead. Barry was very organized and professional and made this stress-free for me and my family. We have used Barry’s services for over 20-years for vacation travel to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Walt Disney World. He knows the ins and outs of travel, including transfers from airports to resorts, and which resorts fit your needs that you describe to him. He’s proactive with air travel changes even if they happen during your vacation. Our recent trip to WDW was interrupted midweek by hurricane Ian. Barry help with advice on extending our stay at WDW, flight updates, transfer changes, and reminders afterwards to file a request for reimbursement from the insurance company for the extra days we stayed.

Beach Vacation
I just got back from the most amazing vacation, all thanks to Richcreek Vacation Center! Barry, hooked me up with the perfect resort on the perfect island, I've never felt so relaxed in my life. The sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and endless sunshine were exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge.
