With the second, although the trip never happened (COVID-19), he still took care of everything - managing all of the cancellations and refunds and making an unfortunate situation less stressful. He was super helpful in thinking about and planning our trip. He asked about our interests and previous visits, and then came up with good flights, good hotels, and good recommendations of where to go and what to do. When an issue arose with one of the hotels, Wesley immediately took care of it (during his own vacation in Scandinavia!) and got us a better room.

He made planning our honeymoon so easy! We went to him with some location ideas and he provided us with all the information requested plus a couple of other vacation spots we were not familiar with. He came back with great pricing including airfare that we would have never been able to get without him. We ended up in Vienna by way of Salzburg and Munich, Wes's recommendation, and loved it!
