My daughter was diagnosed with a tree nut allergy at age 3. Disney is amazing when it comes to helping guests feel safe. Guests are given specialized menus that help navigate the food offerings at each location. Cast members and chefs work with guests to help them choose foods that are safe. Disney became my daughter's happy place when she was young because she always felt safe.

We have used Vanessa for our Disney planning a number of times. However, this trip she provided us with the most assistance of all. This trip we decided to do Disney Parks for a few days and then Disney Cruise. She was very knowledgeable of all the ships and helped us with the selection right away ! Vanessa provided us with many helpful ideas throughout the planning. She helped us with purchasing park tickets, changing park tickets, restaurants suggestions and reservations, airport transportation, cruise port transportation, and even the app and linking hotel/ and tickets to our accounts. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her . Disney planning can be stressful, there is so much we didn’t know. This is the second time we have booked a Disney vacation with Vanessa, and I will continue to book my vacations through her. She is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.
