I am a Travel Agent Specializing in Disney Destinations! While yes, I am a lifelong Disney fan, I specialize in the Disney brand because I believe in the brand and the high quality customer service it provides. When I send a client to a Disney Destination I do not have to worry that they will be well taken care of every step of the way. I take pride in the service that I provide and I expect nothing but excellence from the suppliers and destinations that I work with and I am highly selective and thorough when I am deciding to work with those companies. Throughout my career as a Travel Advisor and the hundreds of Disney Vacations I have helped my clients plan, I haven't had an a single experience with Disney where they did not do all they could to give my clients the best experience and service possible! Veronica has help me plan many vacations and each one is just as magical as the one before. She helps my family so much from helping to secure our dining, transportation to/from the destination, and any other minor details. A couple of years ago my husband and I decided it was time for our first family trip to Disney. We hadn't been since we were kids so some friends immediately recommended Veronica. Now I couldn't imagine planning a trip without her. Our first family trip was so magical, we are about to take our second trip, and already planning our third trip. She is amazing and a lot of the magic we felt and experienced was due to her expertise advice and planning. Veronica is there for all my random questions along the way and I always appreciate her recommendations. She makes it fun and stress free planning for Disney,...what more could you ask for?! I hope to plan many more Disney trips in the future and non-Disney trips, but I know no trip will be planned without her assistance! Veronica has planned multiple trips for us including Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and a Disney Cruise. She is there to help us from our preplanning through the end of our trip. I can count on her to answer any questions that we have about our upcoming trip or anything that may come up while we are on our trip. Veronica’s expertise and willingness to help in any matter made our first ever trip to Disney a magical one. Everything was planned to a tee beforehand and we received plenty of tips and tricks as we were on our trip. Any questions we had for her were answered right away. We walked into Disney for the first time, but because of Veronica’s guidance, did not walk out feeling like we missed out on anything. She provided an excellent travel agent experience for us.
