Jackie was wonderful! She constantly communicated, addressed every question and concern, and was attentive to the details of our trip and included making sure things were accurate and set in place several different times with the hotel and shuttles. She made sure we wouldn’t have to stress or worry about the small details and handled all of that wonderfully!! She was so responsive and kind!!! She made booking a trip enjoyable!! This was our first experience using a travel agent and she set the standard high! We will definitely be using her again in the future!!
