She sent me a special treat which is something I never expected but was much needed at the time. She has become such a great friend to me and I will be referring everyone to her!!!

Shawndra saved the day on my last cruise. She told me she handles any issues while I am on my cruise and she did NOT disappoint! Last cruise the port of Miami closed due to weather and our cruise was 6 hours late returning causing us to miss our Brightline train home. My wifi wasnt the greatest and I couldnt connect to reschedule my train. I sent a message to Shawndra through facebook and she was able to get my train rescheduled so I didnt lose out all the money for a missed train I otherwise wouldve missed had she not been able to reschedule for me! Not to mention I was able to get a train home that night while countless other passengers ended up having to stay another night in Miami because there was no trains left to book after they returned to port. Shawndra was such a lifesaver in that instance that I'll never book another cruise without her!
