Our stay in the Over the water bungalows
I have been in the Travel Industry since 2007. June 2023-We just returned from taking a group of 56 on an expansive tour of Italy. We did Rome, followed up by Hidden Treasures of Southern Italy. It was an amazing trip. In April 2023 , we took a group by bus to Nashville. September 2021-We just returned this week from a stay in the Over the Water Bungalows at Sandals South Coast, it was our "someday" trip. We were thrilled with the experience and would love to share it with you. We stay on top of all the COVID travel requirements so we can be sure that you do not miss any steps in this ever changing process.
I love planning Destination Weddings and Honeymoons. In July, 2017, we did our own vow renewal at Sandals Ochi Beach Club for our 40th wedding anniversary, what a wonderful experience! Let us plan your destination wedding, vow renewal, or honeymoon. Check out our reviews, we are highly recommended.
I own my own small agency which consists of myself and 8 independent contractors located in 2 states. Customer service is our top priority and our loyalty is to our clients, not any particular brand/vendor. I take great pride in finding the best getaway that fits your budget and your desires
I take every opportunity to increase my knowledge and keep it up to date by participating in training courses, webinars, property visitations, industry events and always being mindful of travel current events including COVID 19 requirements.
I personally accompany groups annually to make sure that our clients have the best possible experience. Since 2010, we have accompanied groups to Chicago, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Italy, Ireland, Alaska, NYC, Nashville, Jamaica, France and a Pacific Coast tour visiting Washington, Oregon, and California. We loved River Cruising, such a relaxing way to travel. In 2022, we did a Tulip Time Avalon River Cruise, a bus trip to NYC and a Globus tour of the Pacific Coast. In 2023, we are taking a group to Nashville, will be taking a group of 56 to Southern Italy, Rome, Capri and Amalfi Coast and we will be staying at Atelier in Cancun. I have a degree in accounting and am a graduate of The Travel Institute, passing my CTA in 2009. We have attended many vendor sponsored visitation trips and trainings as well. We completed our Sandals Weddingmoon 2.0 training in the Bahamas. We most recently attended the Vacation Express President's Club award ceremony in May, 2021 at Planet Hollywood in Cancun.

Good Trip

Stephanie worked well with us to obtain the Broadway Shows and tours we wished to obtain. She did not offer specific suggestions such as a city wide tour. As first time New York visiters, ( or not having been for thirty or more years), it would have been helpful to have a general feel for the city and sites we may have wanted to visit in more detail. An information exchange board or an established daily meeting time, would have been helpful to exechange information since the trip was designed as “on your own”. The hotel was great and centrally located to many attractions and transportation. Felt very safe traveling around the area. For most part, New Yorkers were friendly and helpful as we asked for directions several times per day. The bus drivers were great, but the buses were cramped with no drink holders, etc. very crowded for such a long trip. Overall it was a great experience.

A daily meeting wouldn't have been possible because by planning individual itineraries for those within the group, we had people out the door at 6 am daily, some not returning til late night. It wasn't a traditional group. Thanks

The hotel was great, the reception there was great, in an excellent location. Only thing I didn't care for was the bus. Not comfortable, noisy,, but She couldn't help that. Stephanie was wonderful to work with! Due to the current Covid-19 situation, last minute changes had to be made for our trip. Stephanie did everything to make sure that switch was as smooth a transition as possible. We were able to easily and regularly get in contact with her anytime we had any questions or concerns. Our trip was fantastic! Even when on our trip, if we had any kind of questions, Stephanie would communicate with us right away. Stephanie is great to help get things in order for the trip. Stephanie bends over backward to help us with whatever. She usually gets answers very quickly. We did miss our flight from Georgia airport to Columbus and had to wait on standby by for the next flight which was very late. I would suggest that any flights from now on that have a stop should have at least a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait in between the incoming and outgoing flight. We only had about 1 1/2 hours to get luggage then check it in again to then find the terminal and travel by train plus walking from one end to another. They closed the door about 10 minutes early even though we got there right on time. We had the lady at that gate tell us the wrong gate for the next flight so we happened to get the right one which meant we had to get on the train again and another big walk to get to the gate early.

Savior of our trip!

Stephanie was the savior of our honeymoon. Covid had thrown an unexpected twist in our trip the day before we planned leaving. We informed Stephanie of the situation and she stayed up past midnight with us as exhausted any and all options to reach out and see what could be done. Our original honeymoon plans were then changed the day we were supposed to leave and Stephanie had a new trip planned and ready for us in less than 24 hours. She truly saved our honeymoon! She was even willing to have us contact her early in the morning to determine what our course of action was for our trip. Her willingness to help and being so quick to take action showed how much she truly cares about her clients. I recommend her to anyone interested in planning any type of trip! I was stressing out trying to plan the perfect family beach vacation and a friend mentioned Stephanie. It was the best recommendation! Stephanie met with me and listened to my dreams and my budget and within 24 hours she sent us 5 choices of places to stay and flights. We flew on Southwest and Stephanie got on the website 24 hours before our flight to get us in the A seating group. We had shuttle passes from the airport to our Condo and everything we could possibly need was right there! The condo was clean and right on the beach, full kitchen and washer and dryer. There is a Shake Shop right across the street with amazing milkshakes. A short walk away was John's Pass Village with over 130 shops and restaurants. We walked and ate there almost every night. We definitely hope to use Stephanie in the future and stay at Sunset Vistas in Treasure Island, Florida again.
