I had an amazing experience booking my trip to Japan with Alexa! She was knowledgeable, helpful and was a pleasure to speak to. Great tirp to Japan

Alexa helped me plan a trip to Japan. She was amazingly responsive and found us some great places including a last minute change to a Ryokon in Kyoto that worked out just terrifically, Alexa also helped fix some problems that we experienced during the trip. I will definitely work with her again next time I need help with trip planning.
