I contacted Jennifer with a big request: My fiancé and I wanted a semi-joint, but somewhat separated bachelor/bachelorette party in the Dominican Republic. She helped us pick a resort but planned activities that she went on with her group and activities that I went on with my group. For our final night she set up a private catamaran with dinner service during sunset. It was exactly what we asked for and she simplified the whole process.

Honeymoon for the Ages!

Jennifer is amazing, I could not recommend her more! We had booked our flights to Bali for our honeymoon, but needed help booking resorts/hotels and excursions. Jennifer's ideas were great, especially since she knows a lot about Bali (lived there for some time I believe!). I could tell Jennifer did her due diligence with various hotels and tour operators, and the honeymoon was perfect! She was always happy to hop on quick calls to verify details, and is very prompt with e-mails. She also kept us up-to-date on immigration and COVID policies, which actually changed a couple times leading up to, and during, our trip. Thank you Jennifer!

Niagara Falls and Canada trip

Jennifer planned the most romantic getaway to Canada for my fiance and I. We had a hotel overlooks Niagara Falls, rode bicycles through the wineries, and went on a boat underneath the falls. She also helped with meal recommendations and we had dinner overlooking the falls. I will use her again for future trips!

From beginning to end Jennifer was on top of every detail, and I mean every one. She thought of things I never would’ve known and made the whole process smoothe and easy. She went the extra mile for my daughter who has celiac disease and has special dietary restrictions. She pays attention to detail and made everything so easy. A helping hand during my self discovery trip

When I needed a self-exploration trip, Jennifer was there to give me great options to sift through, but in the end helped me come to my own decisions. I just gave her an idea of a scrambled trip, and she helped me comb everything out and be as rigid or fluent with my plans as I wanted to be. She was very receptive of my wants and needs and it led to the best 10 days in Southern California that I could have asked for. I made a last minute decision in the Mojave desert to get a hotel instead of camping, so while I was driving through the hot desert she helped me find a comfortable last minute hotel along the way that was super affordable. I didn’t have one moment that I didn’t enjoy, and every hotel, campground, city, trail, was exactly what I needed to find myself and start a new chapter in my life!

Great Ski Trip!

My wife and I recently went on a ski trip to Aspen and used Jennifer to plan our trip. Everything was taken care of from room reservations, lift tickets, ski rentals/lessons, transportation, restaurant recommendations and activities outside of skiing.We had a few flight delays, but Jennifer was on top of it and even spoke to the airlines on our behalf to work out alternate routes to get us home.
Besides all the top level service she provided for our trip, the best part of working with Jennifer was her communication. She always was quick to respond. Even if is was a question that did not need a immediate response. She always got back in a timely manner.

Working with Jennifer was my first experience using a travel agent as I had to plan a birthday trip with 20 travelers. Jennifer was easy to work with, very professional, well travelled and knowledgable. She assisted me in choosing a destination and curated an incredible trip.
During our trip we experienced a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane. Jennifer was amazing in providing our group with advice on next steps and promptly booked our transfers and hotel at another destination. In addition Jennifer was so compassionate in reaching out to me throughout the storm. Without Jennifer this trip could have been a disaster but instead it was one of the best vacations I've experienced.

Relaxing from Start to Finish

My wife and I contacted Jennifer for a Florida beach vacation. She immediately responded and took our stress away. She asked all the right questions to make sure we had considered all of our options. Jennifer provided us options on both coasts, but St. Augustine stuck out to us for a few reasons. The rich history of the city and… wait for it… there were large beaches that you can actual drive your car on! Being a family of 6, with 4 kids that eat non-stop, walking to the beach with a days worth of supplies is reminiscent of the early settlers moving west across the Great Plains in wagons. The idea of loading up a car and having it parked on the beach near our family was life changing. Jennifer found us a clean and comfortable 3 bedroom condominium that had beach access and multiple pools on-site. This trip is still one of our favorite trips. Thinking back, I was amazed on how easy the process was with Jennifer. We will contact Jennifer again.

10th Anniversary Group Trip

I originally found her when I wanted to do my trip in Belize, but I then decided to switch to Costa Rica and Jennifer was wonderful helping me with that. Jen was fantastic! My wife and I wanted a 20th anniversary trip to Mexico. But we didn’t want to mess around a choose blindly so I called Jen.We couldn’t have had a better experience, we basically expressed our expectations and she took care of the rest. Jen not only took care of all our travel and hotel but was spot on with excursions and side trips.
What really impressed me was her knowledge of Mexico, and the goings on. As we settled into our trip it was clear that she new her stuff.
Customer service was 5 star's, Jen was quick to respond to email and phone calls. We even had to adjust our dates, Jen took care of it without a second thought.
I’m a planner by nature and I can’t express how nice it was to have someone else I trusted to do all the planning and coordination. I would 100% recommend and use Jen again. We were so happy with everything.

Jennifer helped me plan a solo trip to Japan over 2 years because it kept getting delayed due to the pandemic. I finally went in October of 2023. She was extremely professional throughout the whole process.She had the answer to any question I had. If she didnt know it, she was able to contact people overseas who could get the answer. Honeymoon of our Dreams

Jennifer did an incredible job at helping plan my and my wife's honeymoon in Bali and Singapore. She was always available for a call and would always promptly respond to my thousands of emails with various different questions I had leading up to the trip. She kept in close contact the entire time we were away, making sure everything was operating smoothly and also just to answer any quick questions we had while we were there. We even needed to seek medical attention from a doctor and Jennifer was right there to help us navigate the best way to get the most appropriate care. Jennifer set us up with wonderful hotels and the best tour group out there, catering to all of our wants and needs.Overall, I would definitely recommend using Jennifer for planning any trip you have, you will not regret it! We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Jennifer was amazing! I couldn't think of a better person to help coordinate our travel. She helped plan a spring break trip for my friends and I. All we knew was our budget and that we wanted to go to an all-inclusive, and she worked her magic! She suggested a beautiful resort in Punta Cana that fit everything we were looking for and more. A Perfect White Christmas

Jennifer was AMAZING! I booked a ski trip for my 7 year old daughter and myself. I tried doing it on my own but the research got too overwhelming. I know nothing about the best places to ski. She has personal experience with skiing plus she has younger children, so that helped. I also didn’t realize all the other details that come into play when skiing…lift tickets, rentals, ski lessons, etc…Jennifer made sure we had all that. She also made a very detailed itinerary from flight arrangements to things we had scheduled, condo address, our drivers info from the airport, things to do in Breckenridge.
And we traveled over Christmas and she was always available to make sure we were taken care of. Our flight came in late so we missed our shuttle. She made sure we had someone coming.
There are a lot of details that come into play when planning a ski trip and she made most of the calls and reservations for us. This was a HUGE relief for me.

Jennifer is very friendly and well organized. She provided plenty of suggestions for excursions for us while on our trip, as well as recommendations on which restaurants at the resort.We booked a private driver for a couple days and had an amazing time at Cenotes, Myan ruins, architecture museum, and Tulum. I could have never put together such an amazing trip myself. Definitely going to use Jennifer for our future travels!

Highly recommend Jennifer! With covid making travel more complicated we decided to go with a travel agent and it was definitely worth it! Jennifer did an incredible job with planning our ideal trip! She booked all of our hotels in the heart of everything, booked tours that we chose and suggested some we would have never thought of and made sure to give us updates along the way on any changes to our trip. Jennifer was instrumental in helping this trip to go off without a hitch. Especially in these Covid times, having someone that is always up-to-date on the requirements coming in and out of countries, updating us on any changes in flights, was truly priceless. Saved so much time in hunting down flights to this particular destination, which does not have many flights out of the United States. She was quick to respond to any questions/emails and her experience in dealing with hotel practices in other countries was also very helpful. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with! With all of the wedding planning going on, my wife and I started looking into our honeymoon very late in the game. We worked with Jennifer to plan a bachelorette party in Cancun. She made everything simple - and our group was NOT the easiest group to work with! We had many people change their RSVP last minute and kept having to rearrange the rooms. Jennifer made this seamless and fought with the hotel to keep the rates the same, even though they kept wanting to change to the "current" rate as the reservation changed. She was so organized and paid so much attention to detail and all logistics went smoothly.
I was also SO grateful to have her when I came down with COVID the day before the trip and could no longer go. The hotel did not want to refund me the money for my portion, but Jennifer kept fighting for a full week to get me my money back (versus a travel credit for a future visit). I really appreciated that extra effort.
All of the rest of the girls attended and had a fabulous time on the trip. I will definitely use Jennifer for any other big group travel that pops up in the future.

Incentive Trip Success
Jennifer provided excellent customer service from start to finish of our company's President's Club trip. She provided an excellent one stop shop for all of our travel needs. She managed everything for all of the qualifiers, assisted in planning the events, and was available at anytime to anyone who had any questions. Amazing Destination Wedding Agent
Jennifer was amazing! I’m so glad we found her! We needed a travel agent for our destination wedding and she helped us choose the venue/resort, helped our entire family with accommodations and transfers!
