Fran suggested several enjoyable day-trip packages, helped us secure a package that would allow us to visit many must-see attractions for a single (discounted) rate, and even handled the complicated logistics of planning the alternative flight home I needed. I can confidently say that my trip to London with three friends would not have happened without Fran's expertise, thoughtfulness, and dedication.
