Traveling is something I have always loved since I was a little girl. We traveled cross country by car from the West to the East Coast to visit my grandparents enjoying the many sites along the way. 

I remember admiring the countryside or cities we traveled through and getting my first taste of what it was like to explore. Now I've spent over 23 years in my own agency allowing others to feel that same wonder and excitement at new vistas.

Later, I fell in love with cruising & All-Inclusive Resorts, after working at a company where I had earned over 24 free incentive trips all over the world. 

  • I travel extensively through out the Caribbean and Mexico visiting resorts to experience them first hand. Visiting over 200 times.
  • I have been on over 80 cruises, experiencing all the major cruise lines.

Got in last evening (no issues all through return flight) We just wanted to thank you for your assistance in the vaca. It went very well. No issues, not even one drop of rain, and minimal clouds the entire time.

Brenda was so easy to work with even from afar, since we are in different states. She guided us, giving advice & information on the different resort options, ultimately helping us to make the best decision for us. Dream Wedding at Dreams Resort

Brenda worked tirelessly with us for 2 years as we planned & replanned our destination wedding in Playa Mujeres, Mexico due to the pandemic. At first, we had over 80 guests that Brenda booked for our wedding trip. After covid hit, we had many guests no longer comfortable traveling & our group dropped to 50 people. Brenda worked quickly with those who could no longer attend to get them back whatever money she could or adjust their schedules. For those still attending she was able to get all of them a free night at the resort. This was such an awesome surprise to all guests and most took advantage of the opportunity! The resorts that Brenda recommended were spot on & absolutely stunning. Guests had the option to stay at the family resort(Dreams) or the adults only resort(Secrets). The wedding took place at Dreams & the backdrop of the resort was perfect. I highly recommend the help of Brenda as I definitely could not have done all that she did on my own.

Brenda was very responsive and always made me feel like o was her only client. All requests were granted because of her connections at the resort and knowledge of the property and airport. The resort was our second time back and every request was granted. We were welcomed with champagne and sign on our door saying welcome back and happy anniversary/happy birthday. I was surprised she relayed that information to the resort and she did. The small details she follows through on... we were treated like royalty because they know our travel agent! She always picks the right location to meet our needs and is extremely easy to work with. We will definitely recommend her to others and can’t wait to use her for our next trip! She’s the best. We were very well taken care of from the itinerary that was sent prior to departure , nothing was left to wonder which is exactly how we want to travel.. stress free! Travel with ease!

Brenda is always a joy to work with. After having gone to Mexico for the last few years, we were ready for a change of pace. At Brenda's recommendation, we tried Couples Negril in Jamaica. It's a nice property with a lovely beach. We never had any difficulties finding a beach chair and we loved that all chairs had a raft. There are quite a few excursions and water activities included in the price which is a nice bonus. The people were friendly but gave us our space which we appreciated. Although the accommodations were a little simpler than the places we've been going to in Mexico, they still met the mark. We had a great time and enjoyed visiting a new locale. Brenda is thorough and always gets us great deals. We know she'll make sure everything is in order so our trips always go so smoothly. We love entrusting our travel needs to Brenda!

Ireland/Scotland here we come!

Brenda is organized and detail oriented. I came to Brenda for an 80th Birthday trip for my Mom - and just said we would like to go to Ireland and she took the rest from there. I explained to her my budget, things we like to do and most if not all were included in the trip. The trip turned out to be a tour which was my second and my mother's first and we both enjoyed the # of people (less than 30) and the personalities met on this trip.
Brenda also followed up after the booking of the trip to ensure we received our welcome packs and to see if we were on track for a successful flight to our trip. Overall - 5 star experience.

I randomly met Brenda through her FB group as I was trying to plan my family vacation earlier this year. Honestly, I was hesitant to work with a travel agent due to previous bad experiences. Fortunately, this was not the case with Brenda. From our first phone conversation onwards, she treated me with respect and worked with me in selecting a resort. I did not feel pressured or belittled as I had felt from previous travel agents. Feeling very pleased with our interactions, we had her book our trip Dreams Macao Beach in June 2022 and we couldn’t have been happier! We had a fantastic time!

We had an absolute blast visiting Hotel Xcaret Mexico this past week. The pictures don't do the resort justice. It's so gorgeous, and the food was excellent! Our favorite park was Xplor. We cannot say anything less than spectacular. Brenda was so helpful in planning our wedding, she has a great working relationship with the hotels and provides you great insider tips! She is incredibly hardworking, making sure every one of our guest had an easy travel experience. She set up both the hotel rooms and transportation to and from the airport. Brenda was very responsive. Any questions we had or our guests had she responded within the hour. She is organized, energetic, loving, and puts a lot of effort to make sure everyone not only has a great vacation, but that your wedding is perfect.
Brenda is also very knowledgeable about the different types of hotels you might be looking for. Brenda assisted me in picking a resort based on her personal experience. She has been to the majority of resorts and can give you personal insight and tips. The resort was beautiful and they did amazing weddings. We ended up with 66 guests all of which Brenda booked their hotel rooms, tranpsport and made sure all dinner choices were taken. The resort ended up to be perfect and my guests did not have one issue in their bookings or transports.

When we decided to go on a vacation to Mexico to celebrate our 5th year wedding anniversary, we thought of no one other than Brenda to help us plan it. Five years ago, we went to Brenda to help us plan our destination wedding and honeymoon in Jamaica. We had a couple of resorts in mind that we thought would be perfect for what we were looking for. Brenda let us know what resort best fit our needs and helped us narrow down our choices. We ended up choosing Iberostar. She told us that was an excellent resort and that we would love it. She was spot on, on both points. It ended up being the dream wedding and honeymoon we had hoped for! This summer, we told Brenda we were thinking of going to Mexico to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. She said Secrets Maroma would be the resort for us. We took her advice and enjoyed the best vacation of our lives! The thing we love about Brenda is her attention to detail. Seabourn fantastic cruise line

Brenda has helped us for years of travel. While we think Princess Cruise line is great cruise line with good value (have sailed over 30 times on them), we recently discovered Seabourn Cruise line. After two cruises, we are very impressed. Every cabin a suite, all inclusive with gratuities, wine, all beverages and outstanding food and impeccable service. The smaller (500) capacity was very relaxing. Less walking on board and easy access to everything. The additional fare was well worth it! Have booked a 45 day South America/Antartica in February and looking forward to just being on the ship as much as the itinerary.

When we arrived at the hotel my sisters room was not put next to ours as Brenda had requested. My wife and I had never used a travel agent before working with Brenda on planning our honeymoon. It's a good thing we had Brenda. One of Brenda's greatest qualities is her depth of information and experience. Brenda has been everywhere and knows what each place has to offer. My wife and I were having trouble narrowing down exactly what we wanted out of our honeymoon, but Brenda was able to listen to our likes and dislikes and then quickly steered us in the right direction to a trip that suited our needs. Brenda suggested a trip to Mexico. Despite our initial doubts, she explained more of what Mexico had to offer. She shared multiple possibilities for resorts and excursions to take during our trip. We followed her advise and had a wonderful time. Awesome Honeymoon!

Brenda was fantastic to work with from start to finish with helping us plan an amazing honeymoon. Our Plan A destination was Bora Bora to check off a bucket list item of staying in an overwater bungalow. When it became clear that this was out of our financial reach, she was excellent in helping us come up with a Plan B to go to the Sandals Grand St. Lucia and we had an absolute blast. Because Brenda knew how much we wanted to stay in an overwater bungalow, she immediately contacted us when Sandals announced that they would be offering bungalows beginning in May (our trip was scheduled for July). Even though we had already booked everything, she contacted the resort and made all of the arrangements so we could move in to a bungalow for the last few nights of our stay. It was fantastic!!! She did everything for us from booking our accomodations, flights, and excursions to being available by phone to assist us with a missed flight connection. We'd definitely work with her again!

Brenda was very knowledgeable about the resort. Once I contacted her about a trip she got back to me right away with different options and booked everything as soon as we gave her the OK to do so. She made us aware of any changes, such as flights, right away. She is very easy to work with and I would do so again.

Planning our honeymoon was a blast with Brenda!

I found Brenda by searching local travel agents online and came across her website. I gave her a call to see if she was available to help my fiance and I plan our honeymoon. We met in person and she spent a good amount of time going over possible destinations and listening to our preferences, likes and dislikes. I was blown away by her experience and knowledge of the Caribbean! My fiance and I wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort, laid back and couples only so we decided on Couples Resort Negril Jamaica upon recommendation of Brenda. We had a fabulous time and would go back to that resort in a heartbeat, 5 star experience all around. Brenda made the whole experience of planning stress-free and she worked hard to find us the cheapest direct flights possible. I have already recommended Brenda to family and friends. She is an awesome down to earth person who will listen to you and guide you in the right direction!

In this world of internet searches, lowest prices, etc. it is a breath of fresh air to have Brenda put together a vacation package for us. Over the years we have used Brenda, and have had nothing but great results. She is very thorough and thinks of everything imaginable. Just give her a short description of what you want in a destination, and she is able to share her ideas that will fit your needs. Her extensive travel allows her to give you first hand information about the sites, and once you book with her, she follows through on each and every point. I would recommend, and have recommended, Brenda to anyone looking to book a hassle free vacation, or special event. First class service!!!!!

Live Aqua Punta Cana

Hi Brenda, I just left a great review for you! The trip was awesome… I hope you get to read my review. Live Aqua was the perfect vibe for us. They treated their guests like family and also had a sophisticated vibe. I really enjoyed the size of the resort. It felt so exclusive! I definitely felt recharged after I got back. I would definitely go again. Here are a few favorite photos. Also, there wound up being SOME seaweed, but workers raked it away in the morning. We walked along the beach several times and it was the best kept beach.

Xplor Family Fun Vacation

Hi Brenda, I wanna write this to thank you for being our agent and answer my numerous questions about AI being that it was our first time as a family. We had an absolute blast visiting Hotel Xcaret Mexico this past week. The pictures don't do the resort justice. It's so gorgeous, and the food was excellent! Our favorite park was Xplor. We didn't wanna leave at the end of the week haha! We would have never found it without your fb group and your careful research/recommendations.
