Hello my name is Cheryl Secrest and I have been in the travel business for 1 1/2 years. 

I have been many places over my life time, Detroit and California when I was younger, visiting family.

I have traveled with my sorority and my church family to different states for events.

For the last 25 years, I have been a caregiver for my son and my mother, so my traveling was halted. 

Now that I am no longer a caregiver, I want to get into traveling and see the world. I've always wanted to be a travel agent, but life made it so I couldn't do it at that time.

Of all the traveling that I have did, my biggest and best memory is the Alaskan cruise I took with my cousin and friends. It was a 7-day cruise and it was a real treat. 

Now I am looking to travel and help others travel too.  I am 58 years old and trying to live my life that was put on hold, and I think this will fulfill that purpose.

I am Disney certified with certificates in Disney sales.  I have training in various hotel chains from a previous host agency. 

Because I do not have a up-line, I can and will be able to focus on servicing you in a more effect way.  Because I am a travel agent, not an independent travel agent, I can focus on getting you the best deals within your budget.

I am new, but I am learning and I will learning from you the client.  I look forward to helping you to Book, Travel, and Create Memories with me as your travel agent.

Customer care and giving the best client experience is what I do.  I have a Service Business as well, so I have experience in satisfying my clients.

All travel does not have to be far away, some destinations are close to home. I just came back from a two day travel tour in Alabama called The Justice Journey.  We went to Montgomery, Tuskegee, Selma, and back to Birmingham by bus.  The journey was educational and the ride was smooth.

I have flown on planes, rode on buses, and traveled by car, and all these means of travel was good, but the mode of travel that I loved the most, was the Royal Caribbean when I went to Alaska.  It's been so long ago, I can't remember the name of the ship but we had International chefs from every country on board.

Allow me to give you an experience such as mine on a cruise customized to your liking.  I want to help you have the experience of your life that you will remember for a lifetime.
