Wouldn't it be wonderful if you had a fairy godmother who could create the perfect Disney or Universal vacation for you? Someone who could help you decide on the best tickets or passes, accommodations, and parks to visit. While I am not a fairy godmother, I am a travel agent who has the expertise to help you book a truly magical getaway. Unlike most travel agents who have only visited the parks a few times, I have worked at Walt Disney World and lived in Orlando. I spent five months exploring all four theme parks, two water parks, the resorts, Disney Springs and more. In addition, I spent a lot of time at Universal Parks & Resorts. Based on that experience, I have intimate knowledge of the parks and can give you insider advice on a number of topics.

Sarah took all the stress out of planning our Disney trip! This was our first trip to Disney World in over 10 years and we knew a lot had changed. She was able to help navigate all the nuances of planning and was so incredibly organized. You can tell she is passionate about Disney and making your trip memorable. She followed up after our trip and was genuine in wanting to hear all about it. Sarah was very attentive, responsive and helfpul. The hotel she recommended was perfect for us, and she was very thorough with all the details. She was also very patient with me as I took a while to make a decision, had a zillion questions, and then when I almost changed the entire trip midway through, she was quick to respond and navigate that as well.

Sarah gave us great hotel options to choose from when planning our trip. Once booked she was very helpful with all the information we needed to complete to travel out of the country. The day we left there was a big snow storm and she was great helping contact our transportation upon arrival letting them know we would be late.
