I have been a traveler for over 30 years. I took my first trip to Europe right after college graduation and I was hooked!

Since then, I have traveled throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. I traveled in Europe for a year and have returned many times over. Later I moved from New York to Asia and lived there for nine years...in Indonesia, China and Vietnam. I have loved soaking up all of the different cultures, sights and foods I could.

When I returned to live in the States, I started cooking for family and friends. After tasting so many amazing dishes during my travels and time abroad, it’s been fun trying to replicate them. My husband is Chinese and I learned to cook Asian food from my mother-in-law; that is definitely my two boys most requested cuisine! My husband and I also enjoy hosting wine tastings and visiting vineyards.

I have always loved researching and planning my travels to different places. When I lived overseas, I was always excited to see a new place when I had time off from work. I’ve also enjoyed helping other people to figure out where they want to go or what they want to see and do on their trips. So, it seemed a natural step to become a travel advisor.

Specializing in Culinary Travel was the perfect marriage of things I not only love but am also knowledgeable about. I want to help people have special trips where they not only travel and experience new places and cultures but also taste, learn about and enjoy delectable gourmet dishes, local cuisines and wines.
