Laura was great to work with!! We had a girl's weekend that required a night in a hotel. I was not familiar with the area, so I have Laura some details on what I was looking the hotel to offer. Very quickly, she came back with a list of hotels that would meet my requirements. She then took care of making the booking. The week of the event, Laura even sent me an email to touch base, and make sure we had everything we needed. After the weekend, Laura sent a final email to follow up on the experience.

Laura was great with listening to our requests and trying to find us the best deal. She worked with us patiently, answered all our questions and helped us when things didn't go well with a hotel booking we had. She got on the phone with the company and had it figured out within 20 minutes and also got us free drinks and breakfast. She was quick with responding anytime we sent a message or questions. Laura took care of my stay at the WDW runDisney Marathon weekend and she did a phenomenal job. Room was exactly what I wanted and she rebooked twice to take advantage of lower available rates based on whatever specials Disney was running at the time. My family just returned from a wonderful week-long trip to Universal Studios Orlando booked by Laura. She was incredibly helpful in planning and helping us think through options for where to stay, what types of tickets to get, and how to optimize our time in order to ensure we got to do all we wanted to do and more!
