We always loved the fun aspect of travel and see great value in experiencing other destinations and cultures first hand. We began our business in 1996 as a second career. Ken was a former social worker and Carol was an administrative assistant. We combine our excellent but different skills and passion for travel for our client's benefits. We enjoy working from our home office and with the help of technology keep in touch with clients no matter where in the world we are. Over the years we have been on over 80 cruises both ocean and river including several 70 plus day Grand Voyages on Holland America and a 120 day World Cruise on Viking Cruise Line. We have traveled to over 100 countries on all 7 continents. We have also hosted many Distinctive Voyages for Travel Leaders on various cruise lines. We are group specialists and always offer one free person for as few as 10 people travelling together on the same cruise. Aside from our vast knowledge of travel and destinations, our greatest asset is assisting people realistically define their goals and budget to fulfill their dream vacation. In all the years of business we have never advertised and have stayed busy due to word of mouth recommendations. Some of our favorite destinations are Antarctica, Australia/New Zealand, the South Pacific and just about any where in Europe. However, the important thing is assisting you in finding your favorite destination.

Our Amazing Antarctic Adventure

We cannot imagine having better travel agents than Carol and Ken. They helped us through every step of our vacation from planning to final paperwork. Ken and Carol provided a lot of great advice and insight for our first cruise. I never would have picked Viking Ocean as a cruise line, but it was a great fit. Ken and Carol also connected us with great travel insurance and provided some great recommendations for excursions as well. We would use them again on our next trip.

Family Vacation of my Life

Ken & Carol have been my travel agents for 20+ years. Whether you are traveling as a romantic couple, with just friends, or the entire family, they excel at putting together that perfect package. The most impressive vacation they put together for me was on the Celebrity Galaxy for my entire family. I invited my 2 brothers and their families, my son and his family, myself and my girlfriend at the time. He and Carol coordinated air from New York and Florida to San Juan, PR. Transportation to and from the ship. Multiple tables together in the dining room, shore excursions, reservations for shows, activities on sea days, and just plain family fun and relaxation time together. Of all my 50+ cruises, this is my most memorable. Let them make memories for you.

Ken and Carol are great to work with through all the phases of a trip. I have taken at least 15 cruises that they booked for us over the last 20 years. They help with choosing a destination, ensuring we have cabins in a good location, managing the payments and payment schedule, answering all our questions, helping to choose and purchase insurance, and helping to arrange transportation to and from the piers when arriving and departing. They are also patient, efficient and understanding with changes - for example, moving deposits from one cruise to a different cruise, changing booking dates, helping us take advantage of discounts and moving cruise credits. They also call after we are home to ensure the trip went smoothly and we had a good vacation. They are 100% full service.

Great cruise

They were very helpful from the beginning. This was my first cruise experience and I really wasn’t sure what I was for. They answered all my questions and made a perfect recommendation within my budget. They offered lots of advice on things to do in each port and even called me when I got home to see how everything went. I also needed to rent a scooter for mobility issues and they took care of all the details for the scooter.

Carol and Ken take care of everything! I would never travel without them. They arranged my Tahitian honeymoon as well as an all inclusive trip to Jamaica and everything was amazing. Even little blips like flight seat changes (due to the airline) we’re remedied by Ken and Carol. They are quick to reply and work tirelessly to give you exactly what you’re looking for.
