Melody was great to work with! We stayed at the resort she recommended based on our needs, and the booking process was very smooth. She reached out to me shortly before our trip and told me to contact her if we have any issues during our stay. She mentioned this despite being on vacation herself that same week! Unfortunately, my daughter became ill the morning of our trip and we had to come a day later. She contacted Disney for us and rebooked us for a shorter stay and we even received an unexpected refund! We were past the refund date. I already told Melody that we are going to use her services again to book another Disney trip either next Fall Break or Spring Break.
