I learned the love of being a great travel advisor from my mother CTC and CEO emeritus of our agency 32 years ago- I have traveled the Caribbean extensively with my husband and family specializing in Jamaica, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Aruba, and more!
I love nothing more than to be part of planning life's most memorable events....weddings, anniversaries, and even yes, taking the stress out of attending a funeral.
I pride myself in customer service and going the extra mile to make a dream come true or helping a family member get to where they need to be!
I hold many certifications and have completed numerous courses over these 29 years to stay "in the know" and keep my finger on the pulse of the travel industry with it's many and oftentimes daily changes.

This was my first experience working with a travel agent. Vicki was very knowledgeable and professional. She listened and was genuinely interested in making our trip the best experience possible! An amazing trip with no worries!

Vicki was great from beginning to end. She took all the steps early on to find the right trip to meet our needs with the best deal. She kept us informed at every step. Her communication frequency and content is well above other travel agents I have worked with. It really was a worry free trip with no hassle as Vicki had taken care of all the details. Vicki carefully listened to what we were looking for and provided a trip that met or exceeded every one of our desires. Itineraries and side trips were exceedingly well organized and easy to understand. Every aspect of the trip was reviewed in detail prior to departure giving ample time to ask any questions. Vicki thought of every detail down to booking our ship’s suite on the side of the ship which would afford the best views of the Alaskan fiords. In a word....Outstanding planning and service.

Great Rhine River Cruise that went without issue

The bulk of my travel is for business and the travel itinerary establishes the schedule for business schedule. It is important that the travel agent gets back to me quickly so I can get back to my customer promptly with my plans. Vicky gets back to me promptly with travel options.

Great Family Vacation!

Vicki was very helpful, timely and professional. She worked quickly to book our vacation since we were looking to leave on somewhat short notice. She took into consideration our desires for location and activities we wanted to do. Vicki recommended a wonderful helicopter tour company on Kauai that was the highlight of our trip. We had a little problem due to weather with our flight and one call to Vicki and she took care of everything concerning our connections and destination reservations. We highly recommend Vicki and her company!

Our recent vacation was great!

Outstanding service, a couple of years ago my wife had stroke like symptom's when she went to visit her sister in Colorado. I called Vicki and said I need a flight out to Colorado asap. Vicki said I would get on it right away. Two hours later she walks into my office about six blocks from here office and said here are your flight tickets your hotel room. She could of just called me but that quick service and delivered to my office is over the top for service. It brings a tear to my eye each time I think of her great and then some! My wife Vicki had a full recovery. I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

An Amtrak train across country to board a 7 day Alaskan cruise! Vicki researched, price-shopped, and finalized every detail of our ambitious, multifaceted vacation. She connected the dots for us. We never would have had the time or expertise to make this trip happen. Vicki is very accessible, easygoing and professional.
