It had been over 15 years since I had traveled to Disney World and Tiffany's experience made my family's recent trip one of our best vacations ever. She provided lots of tips and advice on how to make this trip the best it could be. I told her what I wanted to do and she did the rest, booking our trip, dining reservations and deciding the best days to go to each park. I cannot recommend working with Tiffany enough and will be using her for every upcoming Disney trip we take. The experience working with her could not have been better.

We've been working with Tiffany for nearly a year to plan our 30th anniversary cruise. From keeping an eye on the fare to helping us upgrade when the timing was right, Tiffany has been instrumental in helping us to prepare for a trip of a lifetime. She is so knowledgeable about insurance and all things cruise related, I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without her!

Tiffany knows all the tricks and "don't miss" activities to see and do. It is so easy to get overwhelmed with trying to plan what to do and she made it SO easy for us to get what interested our group. She listened to what was most important for us and helped us develop a plan to cover it all. She was AWESOME in getting some important dinner reservations, too. Tiffany walked us through linking our group's reservations and getting our Fast Passes set up. She also has experience with Disability Services, so that saved us a lot of time before we got there. We had a problem when we arrived with our rooms not being very close to each other (though she requested it) and she got on the phone with them at 10 pm to help us out. She is so organized, she kept us on the ball!
