Perfect all inclusive family vacation

Jimmy Bechtel with GemQuest Travel planned our weeklong family vacation to Dreams Resort in Puerto Vallarta and everything was flawless! From the car service waiting for us at the airport to the welcome bottle of champagne in our room and help with restaurant recommendations, reservations and activities throughout our trip. Our family had a great time and there was something to do for everyone of all ages and interests. I am very high maintenance. I gave Jimmy a list of cities, dates of travel, a budget and my surfing criteria. Every spot was fire! Hawaii, Australia, Bali, Phuket, Vietnam! Extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, easy to get a holdof (responsive), friendly, and professional!!! We had a major hiccup with our trip and Jimmy was able to rearrange our whole trip to accommodate new dates due to air travel complications (cancelled flights)! Within 30 minutes Jimmy had our whole trip re-scheduled and it was so comforting to know he was willing to work so quickly to help us! He listened to my wants and needs for our trip and made everything so simple for me!
