Hard to Contact

We were guests at a destination wedding to Mexico, so we did not get to choose our own travel agent. I will say that Tamara got us a great deal at the resort. However, she was incredibly hard to contact. Voicemails and emails went unreturned for weeks, sometimes months. A lot of information (about the resort, the flights, necessary documents, etc) was not communicated until the days before we left, which did not give us enough time to fully utilize the information in our planning. I don't know if she was more communicative with the bride and groom, but she was extremely difficult to contact most of the time.

Tamara is the best. She always follows through and is always available when you need her., which we did when we were stuck in a construction zone and very late to the airport. Perfect Honeymoon!

We wanted to plan a once in a lifetime honeymoon but not add any stress to wedding planning so we chose to go with a travel agent. Tamara was excellent and easy to work with! She told us that she had never done a trip there before but she was up for the challenge. It was everything we wanted and more; we had an amazing time! Riding and playing with elephants was the best!

Tamara was awesome! She not only helped my husband and I plan our wedding, but she also planned all our guest's trip as well. The night before my husband and I were suppose to leave, bad weather hit and our plane got cancelled. She called me immediately and informed me what was going on and said she was already working on an alternative, she had us booked on another airline within the hour and we were back on our way! I could not have done it without her expertise and hard work on getting everyone together. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Planning trips, whether for work or play, has never been my strong suit. Tamara really took care of me on my latest, last minute trip.
This trip was for a personal get away to Chicago. She arranged airfare and hotel. Everything went smoothly. No problems whatsoever. She was very detailed in her emails and other communications, which included text messages and phone calls - she made sure I knew what was happening when. All the docs I needed to travel, stay, and return were emailed to me within plenty of time. Perfect.

She set everything up which included extras for our honeymoon. We loved the Body Holiday in St Lucia. The island and resort was beautiful. One of the best trips we have ever taken. My family and I decided at the beginning of the year that we wanted to take a trip in February. I did the usual poking around, trying to see what I could find on my own. Everything I could find was out of our price range or not quite right in some other way (too long a stay, too short a stay, awkwardly-timed flights, etc.). On a whim I looked for local travel agents, and found Tamara Lidbom. I gave her our parameters -- budget, time we'd like to travel -- and she came up with an itinerary that suited us perfectly. She also very good about responding to questions quickly, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Booking our trip with her was a cinch. I think here in the 21st century we often forget about using travel agents since it seems so simple to book our own travel, but really, travel agents have some inside info and resources a random shopper might overlook. I highly recommend Tamara -- she was great. I'll definitely turn to her again for my next big trip!

From the very beginning Tamara was so involved, she wanted the trip to be so special she went to great lengths to make sure we were pleased. Tamara was a big part of our family and I half expected her to be at the wedding, which of course she wasn't. When looking for a place to go on vacation with a group of friends we decided to get a travel agent most of us have never used a travel agent before, on a referral we decided to use Tamara Lidbom, we all met with Tamara to discuss what everybody was interested in doing and pricing, she gave us lots of information on lots of destinations. She would keep everyone in the loop by e- mail. After a lot of discussing with her and the group she found us a great affordable place in Mexico (Grand Palladium Kantenah). She had everything from airfare, shuttles to and from airport and all accommodations taking care of when we arrived at our hotel. Had a fantastic time on our vacation, would highly recommend using Tamara. Thank you again.

I would recommend Tamara for any and all travel plans! She was very thoughtful and organized! She took care of everything and kept us informed each step of the way. She even surprised us with a few benefits at the resort that we didn't even ask for!
Tamara followed up with us upon our return to make sure we had a great time and to ask if anything could have made our trip a better experience. I wouldn't have changed a thing. If your looking for stress free traveling, I highly recommend Tamara Lidbom at Anytime Travel Agency!

I used Tamara for a work trip to Sedona and she handled alot of the big details like my car rental which made my trip so much easier and I could focus on my job and having fun!

We were fortunate to run into Tamara again at a Christmas party, and mentioned that I was interested in a river cruise in Europe. She said 'Let me help you plan it!', I said 'ok, not really knowing if I was committed to the cause at that point.. Right after the holidays, though, Tamara started researching carriers and itineraries, we became totally EXCITED about the prospect, and she and helped us to choose a trip to fit our budget and schedules. Once we had made the decision, Tamara took care of EVERYTHING: flight and accommodations, fielding questions on travel conditions and itineraries, local customs and side excursions, payment reminders, even down to hand-delivering the travel documents three weeks before our cruise and a "happy return" gift when we arrived back home. What service! And attention to detail!! Truly, my husband felt like all he did was show up at the airport! We had a fabulous time on a small, intimate European line that we had not heard of, but is a leader in the industry for outstanding service and customer satisfaction. I am convinced that we would not have had the same experience with the heavily-marketed cruise line (which reported trip failures due to dry conditions on some rivers in Europe) and am so glad Tamara had recommended this one. Looking forward to her planning our next trip, and highly recommend you do the same!
