Brooke was very professional, timely and consistent in her communication. We never had to search for information because she put it at our fingertips. Upon arrival to our destination, we had questions and she replied immediately. She followed up with consistent "check-ins" during our trip to make sure all was okay. Brooke added a personal touch and gifted us with an Anniversary towel and cups that we could take on our trip!

Brooke was phenomenal! She made our trip to the Caribbean seamless. The flights, transportation to/from the airport, our all-inclusive resort and excursions were perfectly executed! She even gave us a "swag bag!"
