My entire life I’ve wondered what else was out there, and what this beautiful world had to offer. Coming to the United States allowed me the opportunity to begin exploring. I was fortunate to become a travel & tourism agent. I have been working in the travel industry for about 25 years. During all these years I had the opportunity to travel to a lot of places around the world. These beautiful traveling experiences have given me the knowledge to learn and the desire to help others to book their dream family vacations, escorted tours, honeymoon packages, and luxury cruises. I believe that when you travel you are not buying things you are creating unforgettable lifetime memories and that is priceless. During this process, I’ve learned to manage business corporate reservations for executive & VIP corporate accounts. Dealing with intricate travel is another exciting field where you need to be very creative, knowledgeable, and versed when it comes issues dealing with reissued airlines tickets, business or economy class for domestic/international flights. You also need to be able to assist business travelers with hotels and car rentals. In some cases, you also need to reserve private transfers from the airport into the hotel! For me as a travel advisor, the most important thing is to offer excellent customer service and go above and beyond. My goal is to provide a seamless experience and lasting travel memories for my clients!
