Some of my fondest memories are of travel with my family and friends. I recently returned from a fun and memory filled family trip to Yosemite National Park, paired with San Francisco. It was the perfect blend of natural beauty and wonder with urban landscape and culture. This summer I also took an amazing, all-inclusive, girls trip to Cancun, with three mommas and daughters to celebrate graduation from high school. We spent a week enjoying fun in the sun, exploring cenotes, snorkeling in aquamarine waters, swimming with dolphins and taking in a breathtaking catamaran cruise at sunset. There is so much beauty and wonder in this world to explore!

A GREAT trip to support our son!

Melissa was a joy to work with. She made it VERY easy for us to get our direct flight, a very nice rental car and a very nice, comfortable and affordable hotel. The return journey was just the same! We were attending our son's white coat ceremony for his first year of medical school. She was very excited and happy for us. We plan on going to visit him again soon and will definitely get her expert assistance.

Fun in the sun

Melissa is a wonderful travel agent. She listened to what we wanted for our vacation and took the time to research the best options for us. We had a family member with health issues and she contacted the resort to request accommodations to meet the family member’s needs. She compiled all of our emails, travel documents, and requests into one email so we had easy access to everything. As our trip was getting near, the weather for traveling didn’t look good. She contacted us to come up with a plan if we were delayed in our travels. Her thoroughness and communication before our trip was exceptional along with checking in with us when we returned home. I highly recommend Melissa as a travel agent and I will be contacting her for future trips.

Mexico was amazing!

First family trip with our kids

Melissa made things go so smoothly for us. The airline didn’t have my infant son on my lap and Melissa had called to make sure that I would get my money back. This was the air ports mistake and she did all she could to make sure it was fixed!

White Coat Ceremony-Peace of Mind!

If anyone is in need of a great travel agent we would highly recommend Melissa Oberreuter Harbach. She orchestrated our trip to New Mexico which went very smoothly. The hotel was beautiful and near the college. Flights went perfectly. Rental car had killer AC which was needed as it was 110 every day. She checked in with us and made sure everything was great. We truly appreciated her and would definitely recommend her professional services! We'll surely use her again!!!! Gave us such peace of mind!
