Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was informed of my flight details and my arrangements for parking. He checked on me several times to make sure I was safe, and was always available if I had questions. This was a very last minute trip, and Robert made it happen! Last minute Vegas Trip

I needed to book a last munut business trip to Las Vegas Nevavda and Robert came to reacue my pockets lol ... He booked me an awesome deal with American Airlines as well as placing me at one of the nice hotels on the strip close to my destination. Robert was very attentive and made sure I was accommodated from my departure to my shuttle pick up from the airport to my leaving Vegas ... I had a slight issue with the shuttle transportation but when I called Robert with the issue he immediately made the situation work out for the best ... Even though he was miles away and the time zone was different he was still there to support my needs ... Thank You Robert ??

Vegas Birthday

I was about to book a last minute trip to Vegas for my husband 45th birthday. I was willing to pay the highest dollar if I had to. So I reached out to Robert because I have booked with him before for my honeymoon to the Bahamas. And even back then I was very pleased! For Vegas Robert found us a great deal quick and inexpensive. A Nice hotel off the strip but great! We were provided daily free breakfast, and because of him we had a complimentary room upgrade!! The receptionist said our agent left a note saying it was my husbands birthday? We had transfers to and from the airport to our hotel. He reached out to me upon my arrival and made sure we were comfortable!. Robert is the best around! Always quick and efficient. Thanks Robert can't wait for my next trip!!! ?

Robert was awesome! He was responsive to all of our questions. He was patient while the number of travelers changed as well as the dates. We didn’t have to worry about anything, he took care of all the details! The only thing we had to do was have an amazing time in Mexico and boy did we ever! Robert provided such great customer service, we felt like we knew him and talked about him the whole trip! Many in our group were first time cruisers and he did a great job providing us with the resources we needed to feel comfortable, excited and informed before the trip. He even checked on us the morning of to make sure everyone was getting to the port without issue. He also followed up with us immediately to make sure we had a great time! I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in planning their next trip. A lot of people think they can plan trips on their own nowadays, but he was so helpful. I will use him for many years to come!
