It was a pleasure working with Arlene. She was very hands on and always available when needed. What Really stood out was when were due to be home, she contacted me to see how the trip was.I informed her that our flight had been cancelled and that we had been put up in another resort for the night. Shocked to hear this, Arlene sprung into action and called the airline to see what was going on. She also checked us all in so we had one less thing to worry about! Her professionalism was top notch! I have never seen any agent who worked as hard and as successful as Arlene did. It was my first experience to take an overseas trip alone. I was very nervous and tensed up for being alone, but she gave me such a precise instruction each day and time to time. She intensively educated and cared about my unstable feelings to calm me down. Arlene took time to locate the best travel plan for my husband and I. She also assisted in booking the complimentary show for an evening of entertainment, that was included with our travel package. Wow! Arlene kept a close eye out for us, from start to finish. All my husband and I to do was show up and state our and provide confirmation numbers. Trust me, we did not lift a finger!

This is the second time I have used Arlene for planning a family trip. Haha, the first time I was absolutely clueless. I just knew that I wanted to go somewhere sunny in January! Ha!!! She helped me to narrow down my choices to get the perfect fit for my family (six people total). Anyway, last year was perfect, and so this year we went back to the same place!!! She helped me every step of the way - from picking out the hotel, to getting flights and combo deals...she went the extra mile every time. Last year I was stuck on using Southwest because I have a Southwest Credit Card, but Arlene pointed out that with FunJet, I could take a nonstop flight! YES!!! So worth it! I would not have even thought of that. This year we had a really tough time getting a decent flight for one of my sons but she stuck with it and we finally got one. I will definitely use her again. I also like her because she is not just "a travel agent" I have actually come to think of her as a friend! She is personable, friendly and professional all at the same time. Also, she will tell you flat out - "you do not want to stay at that hotel" for example. She gets to know you, and will tell it to you straight. I like her; she is real.

I was referred to Mrs Arlene by a family member that have used her several times. My experience with her is nothing beyond exceptional. This was my first cruise and she made sure I knew what to expect from dining to the size of the rooms to the documents I needed to have . Thanks to Arlene I had the best birthday in the Dominican Republic with my best girlfriends. Arlene made planning easy. We were all well informed of our resort, and we knew what to expect every step of the way. Arlene was always a phone call away. She is extremely knowledgeable, and when she did not have the answer she would find out and follow back up promptly. I believe detail is one of her strong suits. The day before our trip she sent an email with helpful tips including bringing a rain jacket for the weather to a light shawl for the crisp cool air in the restaurants. I highly recommend Arlene; she will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!
