This is the first time we used a travel agent and it couldn’t have been easier! We were planning a trip to Hadrians Wall in England and had booked that tour, but we had to get there and get back. And then, we decided since we were going that far, we might as well spend a few days in London before our tour and take a couple of days at the end to relax before coming home. Lita took down all the pertinent info on where we needed to be when to start and finish the tour. She booked us into a great hotel in central London where we were right in the heart of all the action. She took care of all the planes, trains, and automobile transfers to make this the best organized, most relaxing trip we have ever taken. My wife had wanted to visit Hadrian’s Wall since she was a teenager, the way Lita wrapped the beginning and end with worry-free travel made it the dream trip of a lifetime that we had hoped for!

Lita was outstanding. My google review says it all---good communication, great listener and option provider and great problem solver. Lita is funny but serious and really came through for us in the crunch. I will use her again and she will be the one I trust for all future travel plans.
